🪴The Bungalow is a well maintained, charming single-family home perfect for hosting you and your family. The home is a cozy 650 sq ft. It is quaint in size and well equipped with everything you could need for a clean comfortable stay near Weeki Wachee.
The space
The Bungalow is a private one level house that features a small kitchen, a cozy living room, and two comfortable private bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, and Keurig coffee maker, all available for guests to use. We provide dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, as well as all linens, towels, washcloths, and dishcloths, so you can travel light and enjoy a hassle-free stay.

The living room area features a modest sized comfortable 3-seater sectional couch perfect for lounging and relaxing. You'll also find a 50-inch Smart TV that includes free Samsung TV channels and WiFi. Feel free to bring your usernames and passwords to log in to your favorite streaming apps.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a cozy Queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 features a Full-sized bed. Both bedrooms come with closets, hangers, and luggage racks to store your belongings during your stay.

You'll find a single full bathroom in the house, complete with a tub and shower combination. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Additionally, the house is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with liquid detergent and dryer sheets, so you can do your laundry with ease.

Step out of the kitchen through the glass sliding doors and enter a screened Lanai with a cozy seating eating area for 4 persons. The Lanai boasts of "Florida glass" privacy windows that can be slid open to let in a refreshing breeze. The spacious backyard is partially enclosed with a fence. Relax on the comfortable hammock or airondock chairs in the backyard or grab a couple of our beach chairs and head to Pine Island to witness a stunning sunset over the Gulf.

Neighborhood highlights: This home is located in Spring Hill, FL in a quiet suburban neighborhood.

The location has easy access to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, outdoor activities and the Suncoast Parkway. Visit Weeki Wachee Springs State Park less than 5 minutes away and see the mermaids, take a river tour, or go to the water park. Try fishing, boating, SUP and kayaking at one of many local parks and rivers.

Nearest Commercial Airport: Tampa International Airport George J Bean Pkwy, Tampa, FL

Getting around: Parking at the home is available for one vehicle under the carport and one-2 vehicles in the driveway. The carport will not accommodate taller vehicles due to low clearance. The driveway is extra long and can accommodate RV’s, taller vehicles, toys etc. Please note if you plan on bringing.

Security: Exterior security cameras on property
Ring security device camera on the front of the home facing driveway and front entrance of house. Device records both audio and video 24/7.

Please note: The home is child friendly but, is not child proof and may not be suitable for small children. Due to the size of the home, there are no child amenities (playpen/high chair etc.)

Please note that Florida is home to a diverse range of animals and insects, some of which you may encounter during your stay. The wetter months, especially during dusk, can bring about an increase in no-see-ums and mosquitoes. We advise you to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

Florida is prone to wet weather and hurricanes. Please purchase trip insurance to protect your reservation.

The area is a typical suburban residential neighborhood. Please be advised. Our backyard diagonal neighbors (behind fence) have dogs which you may or may not hear.
