Newly renovated single family home in the historic Speedway District of Memphis. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 11 guests comfortably with a new kitchen, modern appliances, and updated decor throughout.

LOCATION: Walk to Crosstown Concourse. Minutes to the Memphis Zoo, Overton Park, Downtown Memphis, Beale Street, Rhodes College, St. Jude Children`s Research Hospital, and Overton Square dining district.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy a private fenced backyard with a fire pit — perfect for evening gatherings. Secure gated parking accommodates multiple vehicles.

PET FRIENDLY: We welcome your furry family members ($175 pet fee applies).

AMENITIES: New kitchen & appliances, cozy bedding, ample closet space, modern decor, fast WiFi, smart TV, washer/dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

PERFECT FOR: Family reunions, group trips, game days, wedding parties, medical stays near St. Jude, or anyone wanting a spacious Memphis home base.

SAFETY: 4 exterior security cameras (no interior cameras). Minut noise monitoring device in common area.
No smoking on the premises, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No taping or hanging things on the walls, doors, etc. If you bring a pet, do not leave them unattended in the home. They will need to be kenneled. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. If you are looking for a party house this is not the location for you. Minimum fine of $500.00 if there is any indication that there was a party. PUT OUT FIRE IN FIREPIT AFTER USING / DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED.

If you`re interested in arriving up to 2 hours early or checking out up to 2 hours late, just let us know in advance. Availability depends on our cleaning schedule, and the fee for this service is $50. This payment goes directly toward compensating our cleaner for adjusting their schedule.

I was a little concerned about the neighborhood at first but the property is fenced in and you can pull multiple cars inside the gate. Close to everything and the house is spacious and clean. We would stay here again if traveling to Memphis.

Overall the property was as listed, and i would recommend staying here. A few improvements would be to turn the thermostat up on the water heater, a few nights the showers were luke warm and other nights they were hot. One set of sheets were unclean, but all of the rest were. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. The neighborhood looks older and somewhat run down but we had no issues. House is close to everything you need and very convenient.

House was modern and very clean. Loved the porch!!! Couldn't find hand towels or dishrags for kitchen. Lawn was outgrown. Back yard needed a clean up. But overall a great house.

We will stay here again

Lovely recently refurbished and decorated house. The layout is perfect for sharing with other couples. There were 3 couples and a single in our group to celebrate a 60th birthday. Open plan kitchen, living room and dinning with all modern amenities and appliances made it comfortable and easy to socialize. Bedrooms grouped in pairs with a bathroom for each group. New bess and we all slept well. Very nice touches such as charging stations for your electronics, coffee station and snacks. So convenient to get downtown, the zoo and the Overton area. Discovered great restaurants nearby and the kitchen worked well for staying in. The host was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was a good place to stay but the other bedrooms could of had T.V in them. But other then that could of had face towels even though I always bring mine. Only had two face towels and alot of hand towels.. But I would give this property a 3 star cause of the situation not having T.V in the other room..,

This property is spacious enough to sleep 11 people with 4 bedrooms, and provide private gated parking up to 3-4 vehicles. It also has two 65" smart TVs so one group can be watching one show while the kids may be watching another. A fully-fenced back yard allows the kids and pets to run.
