Memphis is a city of neighborhoods, something that gives Memphis such amazing and diverse character and culture! This house is located in Lea's Woods, a historic neighborhood that borders Overton Park, an amazing city park of old-growth forest. Broad Ave. Art District is a 5 minute walk with a number of great shops and dining.

The Crestmere Estate is a historic Tudor cottage that you’ll find pristine, private, spacious and conveniently located in midtown. In a historic neighborhood next to Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo, this is a highly sought after neighborhood so you’ll be in good company, finding yourself on a quiet street surrounded by other beautiful homes.

The home has a serene, heated, saltwater pool that is open year-around, as well as a beautiful English-style courtyard, all tucked away behind a 12 foot privacy fence.

Ride-sharing apps are recommended for getting around the city.

The pool is gated from the rest of the property, so guests can keep it closed if they prefer.
