Entire, private, and newly renovated apartment centrally located on Main Street in beautiful Mackay. Enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. McCaleb (part of the tallest mountain range in Idaho) from living room and bedroom windows. The apartment is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, grocery store, River Park Golf Course (0.5 mi) and Lost River Valley Museum. 6 miles from Mackay Reservoir for boating and fishing during the summer months and ice fishing during the winter.

Amazing!!

We were pleasantly surprised with how great this place was! Right in town and next to everything. It is updated and very clean. We felt like we were staying in a nice hotel even though we were in the middle of nowhere. Definitely the place to stay if you're coming to Mackay.

Nice apartment

Property was ideal for our weekend. I gave it 4 stars for location only because of the noise from the bar/restaurant and street- it didn’t bother us but if you are traveling with young kids who go to bed early - it might be too disturbing.

Whitney was a great host and great to communicate with! The property was clean and great to stay at, close to some local places and close to craters of the moon. I loved the location and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Pleasantly surprised

My dad and I stayed here before a backpacking trip. We weren’t looking for anything fancy we just needed a place to stay close to the trail and we ended up being pleasantly surprised. The place is super nice, very clean, everything is brand new. I was sent a code to the lock so I could get in whenever we got there and it worked out great!

Fantastic remodel! Very cute! Kitchen has all the utensils you need. Market is small, but is stocked well. Friendly host- easy check in.

Fantastic place to lay your head

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Mackay. We walked to breakfast and dinner joints. Played pool at Perks. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Easy to access. It has everything you need for a great stay. All very new and modern. One thing I would ask for are new pillows. These pillows are super thick and don't mush down. That is soooo minor, though. In no way did it detract from our stay.

Great place

Clean, everything like new. Quiet, although it is next to a gas station, so there's just a little noise from time to time, but never bothered us. Check in was easy. Communication was great. Keep in mind that access is up an outside staircase to the second floor. Would stay again without hesitation. Restaurant across the street was great.

This apartment is a hidden gem in MacKay, Idaho. Absolutely gorgeous inside and so clean and comfortable. You can do your wash you have internet and nice appliances. I was so impressed to say the least.

Everything about my stay in Mackey was amazing. It could t have been any better if I’d owned the space myself. It was clean, well-maintained and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely try to stay at Whitney’s place again.

Great five star accommodations in Makay

Do not let the unassuming exterior of a historic Makay building deter you! This VRBO on the inside was like a 5 star Sun Valley suite! Perfect location, right on Main Street. We only used the car to tour outside of town and walked all of Makay. Two TV's of appropriate size, comfortable bed and couch. Brand new EVERYTHING from kitchen appliances to washer and dryer. Owners very easy to communicate with and not excessive check out routine. We plan to come back every year for our anniversary and stay here!

This is the cleanest & best put together property we've rented. Everything is so well cordinated, charming & cozy! What a perfect place for a get- away! I can't say enough about how much I loved this place!
