Cozy Hideaway in Denison Tx
Take it easy at this unique getaway. Private and cozy. Located minutes from Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino. Enjoy shopping at the up and coming shops and dining of downtown Denison Tx. Many amazing restaurants available within minutes or prepare your own meals in this cozy well equipped kitchen. Very large fenced in yard is a work in progress with plans for a fire pit, hammock, umbrella picnic table and a bird watching pole. Come be our guest!
This is a cozy efficiency apartment with a queen size bed and a a full size sofa sleeper. Private entrance, private porch and large fenced in yard.
You will have access to a 700 square foot apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer, covered porch and large fenced in yard.

The entire place is on a main highway and easy to find. There is a large softball field near by.
This is an efficiency apartment that is part of a triplex, however it is completely private from the other 2 apartments. The other 2 units are long term residents. Both of the other residents have dogs but each has its own fenced in yard.
There are 2 designated parking spots for the Air BNB, please stop do not Park under awning and do not block cars that are parked under awning. The trash goes out on Wednesday mornings. Please take the trash bin out to the road if there on Wednesday morning. There are day sleepers on the premises, please be respectful with low noise volume. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, must contact the owner prior to arrival. No large animals over 20 pounds. Pets must be crated if left alone inside. NO INDOOR SMOKING Please. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Is complementary and long term stays will need to provide their own when it runs out.
