The space
The first floor has an large and inviting living room with 65 inch TV, a dining room, a half bath, and a large, updated kitchen with island and kitchen table/eating area. The stainless steel kitchen appliances are brand new (less than 1 year old), and you have access to a new washer and dryer. The enclosed backyard features turf grass (green and comfortable all year round!), a firepit with chairs, and a propane grill with a spacious patio with couches to relax on.

The second floor has 3 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one shared) and a second living room. The second living room has a 60 inch TV and a trundle bed with two comfortable twin mattresses that easily roll out for sleeping.

Other appliances and amenities include: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and free Netflix on all TV's. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make any home-cooked meal.

There is fast and free wifi throughout the entire house for any zoom calls, streaming, and any other needs.
Guest access
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and free street parking available up and down the street.

Guests will have access to the entire interior and exterior of the house. The garage will be locked and not accessible to guests as it is used for owner's storage.
Other things to note
There will be minor decoration updates being made to the house. Updated pictures will be provided to the guests if changes have been made to decorations (paintings, wall art, etc) prior to their stay. All changes will only be an update to the house in the effort of making it look even better!
