This was a lovely property with modern appliances located near our relatives in Austin. The neighborhood was lovely as well. My husband said to make sure I saved the location for the next time we come to Austin!

This would have been an easy five stars, however, due to the neighbors barking dog (at 11:30pm, 1am, 2am, 3am and 6am every night), I can’t rate this as high as I wish. The house was accessible, clean, comfortable and equipped with many comforts. We enjoyed the stay very much (with the above exception).Communication with host was easy and she was as responsive as she could be.

The property is clean, comfortable beds, spacious, responsive communication with the host, and very easy check in/out process. The ONLY suggestion I would make is not having used condiments from previous renters and maybe a full length mirror in the primary bedroom. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we’d definitely rent this home again!!

Rooms were clean! House was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was secluded and very accessible. Amenities were provided and the place was extremely organized. Lori was a great host, she made us feel very welcomed. We will book again when we return to Austin.

House was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items. Appreciated the snack items left for our arrival. The house is in a friendly quiet neighborhood and was excellent for my week in Austin. Only 20 minutes to the airport and easy access to the highway. The only thing I might suggest is to have someone come and clean up the front and back flowerbeds. The back was so overgrown we couldn’t really sit out back. Besides this I still give it 5 stars!

Excellent Home Base for our Austin Adventure!

The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I really appreciated the kitchen having quality cookware, dishware & utensils. I also appreciated Lori's responsiveness and professionalism.We were out and about most of our waking hours, but the house served us very well as a home base. We had destinations all over the area, including Cedar Park & Round Rock, so for us the location was excellent. It wasn't too much of a trek to get into Austin proper either. The neighborhood felt safe and tidy. My only complaint is regarding access to the neighborhood: there is no street sign for Daleside Ln, and it is not a very noticeable street. Turning left onto Dessau Rd when leaving the neighborhood was also a little treacherous.

We loved our stay. We were there for our daughter’s wedding at a venue close by. It was in perfect location, very clean and a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very charming and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Holiday getaway

The property was amazing and did not disappoint. The house is exactly as seen in pictures with alot of little exquisite details to the home design that are amazing. Wish we could've taken full advantage of all it had to offer but my friends and I were busy around the city. The home is in a great, quite neighborhood located near a lot of great spots. I would highly recommend.

Great Girls Getaway

Three of my friends and I stayed 4 nights at this adorable house. It is so conveniently located to everything. It is beautifully decorated and meticulously cleaned and maintained. It has a great little backyard to sit out and have coffee or a cocktail. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. There was great info provided for the area.

Great property, fully equipped, good , timely communication with owner, nice, safe neighborhood. I overlooked the fact of property being “pet friendly.” I did not have a pet and pet urine smells were throughout the house. Other than that, magnificent property.
