Cozy Beach Cottage-4 min to beach!
This is a new build in 2021, open floor plan, lots of windows and new appliances. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach and on the west side of HWY 101. Mature trees in the yard and neighborhood provide a perfect PNW feel. Fishing Rock State park is only a 3 minute walk away-perfect for sunsets and whale watching.
The downstairs bedroom has a full bunkbed with a third trundle twin size matter underneath so it can sleep 3 people comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is huge and has a queen and two twins. Plus a large walk-in closet that is perfect for someone who needs to sleep where it is totally dark.

Hello! My name is Matt and my wife is Katelyn. She is from Medford, OR and I am from SLC, UT. We live in Utah right now but hope to make it back to Oregon soon. We bought this house in hopes of bringing our 3 girls and 1 boy to enjoy the ocean and all the Oregon Coast has to offer. I am a school teacher and my wife is Nurse Practitioner. Traveling is hobby and wish we could make it to Oregon more than 1-2 times per year.
