Bienvenido a OctoMojo! Disfrutar de la hermosa costa de Oregón en un amplio 1.900 pies cuadrados. Close to Beach

Nice place to stay. Kids loved the hot tub! Had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt in responding when there was an issue with the hot tub. Short walk to the beach and beautiful view of the sun setting over the ocean.

Absolutely wonderful! Great location, amazing amenities, perfect house layout! We loved all the seating in the living room! It was perfect for family hang out time :)

Home is beautifully appointed and perfectly located. Enjoyed walks on the beach with the dogs then came back for an enjoyable soak in the hot tub.

Nice property with good view

We had a nice stay. There were a few tiles that were cracked and coming apart and a few stains on the carpets. Overall the house was nice and had a great view for being 1 street up from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House on the Coast

We had a great time at Octomojo. The location beach access and view were great, the rooms were spacious, and check was super easy. A bonus was also how well stocked the kitchen was. A lot of vacation rentals have okay kitchen furnishings, but this location has a well stocked and organized kitchen. Highly recommend!!

All in all a great place. Location is great. Having the grocery store so close is very nice. Property just needs a little TLC. Deck repair, curtains on the windows facing west. The afternoon and evening sun is just way too bright. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. I strongly recommend staying. Thanks.

Comfortable stay, great location.

Our group of 6 adults, 4 kids +1 dog enjoyed a wonderful stay at OctoMojo. The house was clean and stocked with basic amenities for cooking. The house is in a great location, with a grocery store just outside the neighborhood and fantastic beach that is less than a 5 minute walk away. The only thing I noted needing improvement was the charcoal grill was little dirty and had not been emptied of ashes in awhile and one of the downstairs showed was slow to drain. These things did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Julie is very easy to work with and responded to all of my messages quickly. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. We had a great time.

A long review but worth the read I promise!

We scheduled to stay at OctoMojo the beginning of 2022 for Christmas this year. We originally scheduled to stay 3 nights. Once we found out about a winter storm headed our way we knew we had to make the drive a day early or we'd have to wait 1-2 days before we could go and miss most of our trip! I contacted Julie by phone and left her a short voicemail asking if an additional night was possible and she took the time out of her busy day to change the trip because VRBO wouldn't allow me to because of the short notice. She was quick to get back to me and went above and beyond to make sure we made our trip. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The doggy area had scoops and rakes. Fans in every bedroom. Bathtub in the master was extremely comfortable along with the bed in that room. Julie is truly a gem to work with and OctoMojo could not have been a better fit for our needs. She really paid attention to small details and it shows that she really cares that you have the best trip possible. We hope to have the pleasure of staying at OctoMojo again in the future.

There's a lot to like at OctoMojo!

Our family of 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog enjoyed our stay at OctoMojo. The house was clean, but is showing some signs of wear. That's to be expected in these vacation homes, though; they seem to get hard use, especially the pet-friendly ones. The view was nice and the location was great. It's a very short walk to the beach. Chester's is also in walking distance, if you only need to grab a few things. The house was a comfortable size, with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was a little bit short on a few things - spoons, dish towels/rags, and measuring cups/spoons. No big deal, but just be aware if you are going to need those things. The dog run area was the perfect size and area for our dog (Frenchie). It was also clean. That impressed me because I always have to do pet clean up when arriving at a pet-friendly rental. The hot tub seemed to be well maintained and had a great view of the ocean. I needed to contact the owner shortly after our arrival. She responded immediately. This house is one of the best houses our family has used on our annual winter beach trip. We hope we can stay again next year.

Very comfortable home!

Best stocked kitchen of anywhere I e ever stayed. Beds are comfortable too. Those are the top 2 things I care about :)

A comfortable home that's close to an uncrowded beach!

This is the fourth year that my family has gathered for a week at OctoMojo and we love the location, the amenities of the home, the great nearby beach, and the enclosed back yard for our three dogs.

A comfortable home that's close to an uncrowded beach!

This was our third stay at OctoMojo and we just booked our fourth, so we love it here! It's great to have two master suites and another comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The hot tub is a plus, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the house is a short walk down a little hill to a lovely quiet stretch of beach. Home owner Julie is great in her communication and the home is spotless.

Just perfect for the eight of us.

The minute we walked in, we loved this place. Love the decor. Not over decorated. Modern, clean lines, and a great view of the ocean. The layout of the house is really nice, just perfect for our family group of six adults and two kids. Just a very short walk to the beach. And, a grocery store was only a couple blocks away. We were an easy drive to Newport, Yaquina Head, and other sights. The location was great. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.
