About this property

Modern home in quiet neighborhood - 19 minutes to downtown.

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest.

Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Security Ring doorbell and backyard floodlight cameras for safety.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean, quiet and pet friendly!

Owner had great communication skills and hospitality. House is well appointed, extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a family event and enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. Fenced backyard was a bonus.

Great house!

The house was perfect. Nicely decorated and had a nice sized backyard for my dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe. Derik, the host, was responsive and friendly. I’d stay here again.

This was beautiful surprised on how quick to reach location, surprise as well as how quiet the area was. Didn’t get to bring my dog this time around but I am so happy that it is pet friendly you don’t get much locations anymore that are pet friendly

This property is amazing!!! I love the decorations, well equipped and very neat. I feel like I’m home. Just minute away from highway. Very quiet. I try to book again for my June trip to Austin. What an incredible place to stay. When he says a quiet neighborhood, it sure is. The beds and new furnitures are wonderful. Overall, great experience, and will use in the future. For our next Austin adventures.
