We’re sorry this guest chose not to stay. The reservation indicated no pets, yet the guest arrived with three dogs and stated they were service animals. She threatened to write a bad review if asked to pay for the three service dogs. When concerns were raised, we immediately offered to send our cleaning team back to the property, but the guest declined and left without staying. Our property is professionally cleaned between every reservation, and we take cleanliness and safety very seriously. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any issues.

It is not a penalty, but a standard practice to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the property. Regarding the parking, you mentioned that the parking was too tight for two vehicles. You had only one vehicle, so the space was enough. Our home is priced competitively for the area and reflects the upgrades and condition of the property.
