Feel the stress disappear with unlimited ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. Watch the dolphins frolic from the extended oceanside balcony while you sip your morning coffee.

Our guests love Seaside Vista! We strive to make our condo one our guests will love, and ask them to make any suggestions for added conveniences. Every detail at Seaside Vista has been designed to make YOU, our guests, feel comfortable and pampered. From the all-new paint, furniture and appliances to a fully-furnished kitchen to the reserved parking area with a lockable storage area under the building, you will not be disappointed.

You will have free use of all of the Ocean Dunes amenities including 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and a playground for the children. Even better, the recreation center is directly across the street from Seaside Vista.

All this is just 1.5 miles from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, and 1 mile from Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Historic Downtown Wilmington is a 30-minute drive and Southport is a short ferry crossing away.

The pool was open the majority of your stay, but was closed during Christmas Day as it needed to be staffed and the HOA let folks celebrate. Have we been made aware of any missing cooking items we would have arranged to get them to you. The condos kitchen is fully stocked and this is the first time we've heard that there was anything missing.

Good:- Absolutely beautiful beach view- Convenient location - 60 second walk to the beach- AC was coldBad:- Multiple pillows had considerable stains on them (not the cases but on the actual pillows). Owner did promptly supply us with brand new pillows.- Shower grout on bottom half was pretty gross. It was black and may have been mold. Needs to be replaced.- Dryer was full of condensation when we arrived and was unusable. Owner promptly had service provider come and vacuum it out as it was fully clogged with multiple pounds of clumped sand. Unfortunately it was a very noisy hour of suction.- The sofas have reached the end of their lifespan. They were pretty lumpy and need to be replaced.- The unit badly needs a dehumidifier. You could feel the dampness on the furniture.- TV in master bedroom has the ability to stream, but there is no remote per the owner, so no real access to streaming. No solution offered by owner.- TV in bunk room does not connect to wifi and is useless. - In general seems to not be well cared for.

During your stay, you brought two concerns to our attention: the pillows and the dryer. We responded immediately to both. Brand-new pillows were delivered promptly, and we had a service provider come to the property right away to clear the dryer vent and restore it to proper operation. The other concerns mentioned in this review were not reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware of issues with the shower, televisions, humidity, or furnishings, we would have been happy to investigate and address them just as promptly. We take the condition and maintenance of our property seriously and regularly address issues as they arise. While we understand that guests may have different preferences regarding furnishings and comfort, we are disappointed by the characterization that the unit is not well cared for, particularly since we demonstrated during this stay that when a concern is brought to our attention, we respond quickly and work to resolve it.

Amazing view and perfect location for a quick getaway. The condo had "must have" essentials stocked and ready for use (think toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc ) as well as beach items (buckets, sand toys, and beach chairs) located downstairs so you didn't have to lug them up and down. It was clean and provided plenty of space for our family. Our hosts even sent us lists of local attractions, places to eat, and places to shop. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you!

The property was wonderfully located in a nice quiet neighborhood at the end of the island. Weather was beautiful so the all around a great little getaway! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay at Kure Beach. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions or issues. We have stayed here before and loved it, so we were happy to book again. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the decor was very cute. They clearly renovated a few years ago and it is a charming place. I appreciate honest reviews, so want to be honest with mine on a con we had this time. The cleaning was not very well done. The majority of the condo was clean, but both bathrooms were not cleaned very thoroughly. There was visible mold/mildew in the master shower and there was hair on the shower wall when we arrived. The second bathroom was cleaner, but the shower for that one wasn't cleaned thoroughly either. The beds were clean and comfy, the kitchen and living room were cleaned pretty well, but the bathrooms definitely needed some more attention. That being said, I will admit that I am very particular about cleanliness. But just want to be honest for anyone else who is the same way.

Relaxing stay

This property was excellent. Everything was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and cook when we didn't want to go out. Bath towels and wash clothes provided as well as dish and hand soap. We were right on the beach and the deck was so inviting with room to eat and relax outside

Perfect location, can see the coquina rocks during low tide from the balcony. Comfortable beds and lots of seating and space for family. Plenty of supplies provided. Host very attentive. Thanks for a great stay!
