Breakfast groceries include 12 large eggs, bacon, loaf of bread, butter, 1/2 Gal milk, orange juice and 12 oz ground coffee!

Enjoy beach and luxury at this beautiful, newly remodeled 1BR/1BA condo. While the whole family relaxes in the condo, take in the ocean view from the living room, the kitchen bar, and the balcony. Or open the balcony door and feel the ocean breeze, and the beach amenities we provide, we feel, are unmatched by any 1BR/1BA property on Hilton Head!

Resort amenities include 3 restaurants, oceanfront bar, largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head!

Condo is completely remodeled! Kitchen and bathroom with stainless steel appliances and granite throughout both. French Door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser and Keurig Duo. Enjoy incredible oceanfront views all day long from the comfort of your couch and chair in the living room or from the bar in the kitchen.
Must be 25 years old to book. Book via Credit Card Only.
We provide beach chairs, towels, tent, blankets and a beach cart, We require these beach items have the sand removed at the private beach access right outside the condo

I can't brag on these guys enough. Jeff saved my vacation and made it exceptional in any way that he could. The breakfast groceries help more than you would think. The condo was perfect and was a great location. It was super easy to get to the pool and the beach, gorgeous grounds. Theres a restaurant on site and walmart and publix literally 5 minutes up the road. You dont have to leave the property for long in order to have a great stay. 10/10 for these guys, seriously. The only conplaint i could have is there wasnt an umbrella, I'm old fashioned that way, but they do provide a Neso beach tent. Anything else? I was 100% satisfied.

Winter Respite

Location is awesome. We saw picture perfect sunrises almost everyday. The resort has a ton to offer which waer very nice perks. Overall the 1BR unit was ok. A bit on the small side but adequate for 2 people. In need of more updates and deeper cleaning imo. I would stay at this facility again but probably in a 2BR that has newer updates.HHI never disappounts me.

Great ocean view. The breakfast items were a nice bonus.

The host’s little touches make me want to return here in the future. The breakfast groceries, the beach seating and toys, the extra towels, all made the vacation better. There were small issues, like the wagon being rusted and broken, trash and dirt under the bed, nightstand, and sofa, etc., that prevent me from giving 5 stars. But, the property was well-equipped, with great beach access (5 minute walk).

Nice, small unit with a good view.

Very nice but small unit well equipped. Good view, third floor unit steps from the beach access. Many extras including body decent body wash, shampoo and the makings for a full breakfast. Host was excellent and easy to deal with.

Beach and Tennis Resprt

The Beach and Tennis Resort is one of our favorite places to stay. We took our four grandchildren children for a short weekend stay and everything was fine until we got ready to call it a night after tucking the four kids in bed and pulled back the comforter and there were stains all over the sheets and pillowcases. We probably would have just left but the children were all asleep. I have stayed at many AB&B and VRBO’s and I have never witnessed sheets in this condition. I just can’t believe a cleaning crew would think it was ok to make a bed with linens in this condition.

Great long weekend

Loved our stay in Hilton Head Owner was super attentive and delivered new beach chairs during our stay. It was great to have beach chairs, shade tents, and bikes. Great view from the deck. Short walk to the beach. Everything as advertised.

A Fall retreat

This place was so lovely!! The stocked food was a definite plus. My son and I had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Eggs and bacon, mimosas for mom and milk for the boy. There was not one “need” that wasn’t met with all the amenities. A short walk to the pool and beach, watching the sunrise from the balcony, on-site cocktails and snacks. I loved not needing to bring a thing! Towels, beach chairs, a wagon… condiments, seasonings, pots and pans (some could use replacement), clean, cozy, extra blankets, games, just everything. We had a lovely time. The only negative was not being able to figure out how to get regular tv on in the living room… probably user error 😊 we would 1000% stay again.

Nice place close to the beach

We stayed one night here after deciding to add an extra night to our trip. The condo is nice inside, room for the 6 of us to sleep but a pretty tight space overall. The beach towels, chairs, boards, wagon, etc were nice to have. The 4 bikes (adult/bigger kid sized) were nice to have, we took an early morning ride up the beach. Pool is nice, pretty big. We stopped by the little beach bar by the pool to grab a drink, was happy with them, prices not too bad. The bunk beds are narrow but my kids thought they were comfortable. The bed was fine, we didn’t use the pullout couch (kids prefer our air mattress) so we didn’t even open it up. Bedding was clean, looked old though. Bath and beach towels were all like new. Kitchen was stocked, even has a little dishwasher. The condo is in the third building, farthest from pool, but walk over isn’t too bad with the provided wagon for all the stuff, there is another beach access right outside the building though (with stairs at the end). Communication with host was good. When we got there our parking pass wasn’t available but I was able to call him and get it taken care of within a few minutes. The property is older which shows in the exterior, elevator, hallways, main building, but the condo itself has been upgraded, especially the bathroom. Beach was nice, probably crowded during the day but we were only there in the evening and early morning so it was fine.

Fantastic Trip!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. The complementary breakfast items and champagne made for a great start to our vacation. Location was perfect for beach and pool days and the condo came with everything you need for a fun day at the beach (canopy, beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and beach toys). The condo can feel a bit crowded at times with 5 people but with everything offered at the resort we were rarely there for long. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that had a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean! The property manager was always willing to help make sure our trip was enjoyable and answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy with Amenties

The condo was cozy with lots of amenities. The condo was exceptionally clean with an awesome view of the ocean (especially the July supermoon). The onsite dining options were right on time after hours in the sun. It was wonderful to have all your beach gear available (we did not have to pack any). The host provided lots of valuable information about the local area prior to our arrival. Check-in was and the condo access was effortless. I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to others.

Perfect place, just as listed!

From check in to communication while there, the owners were great and made our stay free from stress! The amenities were just as stated and the food in the fridge on arrival was such a lovely way to welcome us!
