This AWESOME CONDO has New paint, some new furniture, new bedding, beach chairs, new sleeper sofa.......list is long! This is a wonderful 1st floor condo with incredible ocean views! Just a 1 minute walk to the beach! This condo has tile floors, a fan vent in bedroom wall that pulls air conditioning or warm area as needed into the bedroom! Kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and lots of storage as well as everything you need to cook! There are 2 bunk beds for the kids or for extra storage. Lots of closet space! The couch in the living room is also a pull out sofa for extra sleeping! The dining table seats 4 and there are ceiling fans in living area and bedroom. Flat screen TV's in both the living area and the bedroom! DVD player, stereo for additional enjoyment! Bathroom has a full size tub and hand held shower sprayer! Patio has high top table and chairs for a great view! There are beach chairs and umbrella for your use. This condo also comes with 2 Beach Cruiser bikes at no extra charge! This condo is extremely clean and maintained. The condo complex offers quick access to the beach, outdoor showers, BBQ grills and picnic tables and a wonderful and well maintained outdoor pool! There is no better location and this place has great amenities and is very clean and well maintained! Close to the bike paths and Coligny Beach and all shopping and restaurants. You can't go wrong! Close to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

Exceptional place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, great location, nice view and steps to the beach. Condo is nicely stocked and two sets of towels per person were provided which was greatly appreciated. The bikes are in great condition and we used them every day. We will be back!

Seaside Villas is a great location, you can’t beat it. The beach access is wonderful. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Definitely a great stay!

Nice place

Overall the stay was good. It was easy to find and it was close to the beach. The 3 ring binder was helpful with guidance and how the property owner wanted the place tidy before we left. It wasn’t too much to ask for. One thing I would have liked was an oven to baked something but overall it was good.

Lovely comfortable condo with great view! Walkable to coffee and eats!

Very nice updated condo in gated, quiet complex with private beach access. We enjoyed the open floor plan, large windows and ocean view from the deck. The kitchen has everything needed for a long stay. The queen foam mattress was firm and comfortable. Lots of towels, extra pillows, closets and shelves. Super clean unit and awesome hot water pressure in bath. Exactly as advertised. Keyless entry. We will be back!

Perfect Hilton Head Condo

The condo is right on the beach with a nice view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. The beach here was a little less crowded than some of the more popular spots on Hilton Head. The condo is small but a perfect fit for just a couple or even if you have 1 or 2 kids. Our only recommendation would be some more modern updates like maybe do away with the wall of mirrors in the bedroom. Other than that this place is great!

Great location!

The owners were easy to work with and answered my pre-booking questions in a timely manner. Loved having access to bikes with baskets for our stay! Easy walk to beach and Coligny Circle. Kitchen was well stocked and I loved the information notebook the owners provided.

Lovely Beach Front Property

The condo was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Close to the beach and short walk into town. Very clean and has everything you need. Lori responded very quickly with any questions we had. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again :)

Excellent for Two

Property was very nice. Slightly unconventional layout, but for two people, it was good. Location was great, easy walk to the beach or to a large shopping/dining area. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. No complaints regarding the bedroom, bathroom, TV. Kitchen was a bit spartan, with no oven but it did have two built-in burners. Rental came with two bikes, one of which was used several days. We had made a late decision to request staying one additional day, and within minutes of submitting this request, the property manager was able to make that happen. Awesome customer service! Overall, for a single couple, this was a very good experience for us.

Our Review

First of all, the room was dirty and dusty on the appliances walls furniture. Bedroom very small to move around, the room closet door was off the roller track, there is a hole in the bathroom door from the doorstop. The dirt and dust was the worst. Someone was supposed to come and clean but never showed. Evidently the ceiling had to be redone and it was never cleaned after.

We loved the location, bikes & how well Lori responded to our questions. We arrived late was worried about parking but we did find a spot. Had a issue with leaking in the bathroom but they kept us informed. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great Location!

This Condo was situated perfectly, with Beach access and walking distance to Restaurants and Shopping. Condo itself needs a few updates, like a Smart TV for Streaming. we traveled at the end of the summer season so minor touch-ups (paint) are needed but didn't take away from this beautiful Beach community. All in All, Very good Experience!
