A full-size washer and dryer are also ready in the laundry room for your convenience. Outdoor, there is a charcoal grill that will help you in diversifying the ways of preparing your food.
A large covered and screened-in back patio is available to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Located on a large lot, there’s an ample off-street parking lot for up to 3 vehicles. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, and its own closet. Bedroom #2 is dotted with 2 twin beds, a 27" TV featuring satelite Chanels. It also dotted with its own closet. The master bedroom has got a king bed with a 50" TV featuring satelite channels, and it got its own closet and bathroom. The property is fully fenced-in and it is surrounded by trees for privacy and nature enjoyment. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, you will wake every morning with sounds of nature. Fire and burglar alarm monitored by ADT. The house could be a great option for large families who wants to spend their vacation together but still apart. Both units will share the screened-in back porch ( that has a privacy divider in between), and the back yard.Both units are rentable through Vrbo.
