Enjoy all seasons at this 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home. The house is on a scenic lot with fabulous mountain views from every window, and a small pond and stream running adjacent to the back of the property. Mature landscaping and garden beds surround the home, to enjoy from patios that surround 3 sides of the house. It is common for elk, deer moose and other wildlife to wonder through the yard.

There are high ceilings throughout most of the house, with dramatic floor to ceiling windows, that let in an abundance of natural light.

While not in town, the home is close to everything. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the River Run base lodge (and free parking). There is direct access to the 36 mile Wood River Trail providing biking, walking, and x-country skiing/snowshoeing (in the winter). In addition, Indian Creek trail begins at the end of our street and is professionally groomed for x-country skiing during the winter (and perfect for bicycling and walking the rest of the year).

This 3400 square foot, beautiful and spacious home includes a master suite on the first floor, with 4 bedrooms on the second floor: 2 with king beds, luxurious bathrooms and big closets. A 3rd upstairs king bedroom has a large walk in closet and a double vanity in the full bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom with adjacent clawfoot tub bathroom, and another bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. Three of the 4 bathrooms have radiant heat. There is a 2 car garage and driveway parking for 5 other vehicles.

All bed linens, towels, hair dryers, soap/shampoo/conditioner are provided.

The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (dual fuel oven/range, wall ovens, wall microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator), washer/dryer, and immediate hot water dispenser. The remainder of the 1st floor includes a breakfast area, dining room, living room (with gas fireplace), lower living room (with 75 inch TV), office, powder room, laundry room and 4 seat island.

There is an EV charger. Bring the mobile charger for your EV and plug into the NEMA 14-50 220V outlet in the garage to keep your car charged up and ready to go.

Wonderful stay in Hailey

We truly enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive, the house was wonderful and the location was great, especially in the winter. We would love to return some day and would recommend this property.

Amazing home perfect accomodations for a large group. Covinently located to Hailey and Ketchum. Kitchen was perfect for cooking for the large group when we didn't go out and enjoy the nearby towns. Would highly recommend

Wonderful home and experience

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Communication leading up to the stay was good, the home is as presented and very comfortable / clean with a floor plan conducive to our family's stay, garage space was appreciated, systems all worked as expected, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - could not have asked for more.

Perfect Father Son/Daughter Ski Trip

House was excellent for our mixed group of Dads and kids. Kitchen was great to prepare breakfast everyday for everyone, and one night cooked a family style dinner with plenty of room. Beds were super comfortable, which was great after a long ski day. Having traditionally stayed in the Ketchum area on trips to Sun Valley, was fun to hang out in Hailey, lots of cool places to go. Short drive to the lifts, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for family ski vacation

I stayed here with my family over the week of New Years. I cannot wait to make this an annual trip. This house is the best. Great location 5 min outside of Hailey town center. Easy 10 min drive from River Run Base Lodge at Sun Valley Resort for skiing Baldy. But our favorite part may have been the direct access to the Wood River and Indian Creek trail systems for nordic skiing and sunset walks. Truly stunning views from every bedroom of the surrounding mountains and wildlife. We loved waking up and feeling like we were out of the city and in the mountains. It was the change in pace we needed. The house is exactly as advertised -- spacious, well-furnished, and new, high-end amenities. The large kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook - even an air fryer. We made family dinners every night. The radiant heat in the bathrooms adds a warm touch. We also loved the steam shower! Beds and couches were very comfortable. Each day after activities, we were so excited to get back to the house to unwind and spend time together. Joan was very responsive. Check-in was smooth. We had no issues during our stay.

Our family has been coming to the Sun Valley area for many years. We bought this beautiful house for our family, and hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we hope to, in the future. We live in Seattle and love coming to the Big Wood River valley to hike, ski, snowboard, play golf and fly fish, in the sunshine.

The neighborhood is beautiful; with great views, a bike/walk/snowshoe/xcounty trail running through it. It is close to the ski mountain base, Ketchum and Hailey without being right in town.
