Great kitchen/living, patios, beautiful home, beautiful property. It was great for a big family. Big beaches nearby. Mark was so easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

The group was blown away with every aspect of the house. Every detail was thought out. Location is amazing next to Heavenly Ski Lodge next door so people could come and go skiing with ease. Truly an epic Luxury home.

Pool, hot tub & bears! What more could you ask for?

First time visiting Lake Tahoe and booking through Vrbo. Will definitely use again. Property was pretty much as advertised. Furniture & interior was more worn than pictured in listing. Would have appreciated dressers or chests in the bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our family of twenty to have a great time together. We had visits from several different bears multiple times a day so that made the hot tub & fire pit unusable, but the grandkids got plenty of use out of the theater room & indoor pool. Definitely take bear spray if you go on any of the trails & follow the owners instructions regarding trash & locking doors & you should be fine.

Amazing House

This house made our trip to Tahoe perfect! It is an amazing space to spend a couple days in. We had a large group of 20 people and never felt cramped, everyone was able to relax together and still have plenty of privacy. The Owner was also very responsive to questions which helped make everything go smoothly logistically.

Perfect for Spring Skiing

We were a group of four families with teenagers staying during April spring break. The snow condition at Heavenly was still good and our teenagers walked to the slope on their own as they wish which was only about 5 minutes walking distance. The movie theater and the indoor swiming pool made this ski trip a luxury. Only complain I heared from the group was that few found the mattresses too stiff. Other than that this was a great found near the slope and we will definitely comback for our next large group trip.

A great property for a business retreat. Home was spacious and very well kept. Would certainly return to stay here again. Brought a chef in one night to cook and the kitchen was perfect for that. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and relax.

Great location, spacious group rooms, a little tight in some bedrooms.

We just finished a four night stay at this property. Furniture and the general house condition were more "lived in" than we expected but overall it was a nice stay. Advice to the owner: the sauna timer is not working at all, the theater room is cool but takes a PHD to turn on, and the sloped driveway could have used more attention. On the positive side, the space was great and proximity to the Cali lodge was nice on Saturday when it made sense to walk rather than fight the traffic.

A great house for a big group

The house was as advertised. Has a great main kitchen with two dishwashers, large kitchen table, and huge fridge/freezer. Just about everything worked properly, which can sometimes be an issue in rentals. The master shower has a huge rain shower but unfortunately the water barely comes out, was bummed as I love a good shower. The pool is great, perfect temp, the sauna was nice. The grill is tough to light, but eventually got it. Tons of TVs, with all the channels you could want, furniture is all great and well made. Would like to come back during ski season one day, seems like would be an even better house in the winter.

Great House!!

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room for large groups and the small touches are awesome. Management was great and access was easy. Only a couple of small notes. Although it states there are 9 full bathrooms, there are really only 7 toilets. On each floor, there are two bedrooms that each have their own sink and shower, but the two bedrooms share a toilet, which was a little bit of a hassle because we had a couple in each room and they had to remember to lock and unlock the door each time they used the toilet in the middle of the night. Also, you should note that there is no use of hot tub or pool between 10pm and 8 am. This is a city ordinance, not one imposed by the owner, but violation results in a $1000 fine to renter and owner. Our group usually likes to lounge in the hot tub late night, but it ended up not being a problem. Despite these small issues, I would still highly recommend the property.

Truly an amazing property

This property is simply amazing and was the perfect location for a weekend of skiing and relaxing. The location can't be beat and the rooms are so comfortable, with everything one would need. We all loved the hot tub and pool as well as the amazing kitchen. Thank you for a great trip!

Everything was just as described. Anytime somethin did not work properly or needed an additional pot for the kitchen, etc. they were only a phone call away and showed up in minutes. Very pleased, would rent again!

Fantastic House + Amazing Location = Wonderful Time

The house is even better than the pictures; you won't be disappointed. The location is right next to Heavenly and very close to the Lake, casinos, and shopping. An issue with our hot tub was quickly addressed by the staff. Rest assured that if there is a problem it will be swiftly addressed. There is a car limit for the property. Be aware of it before everyone drives up. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Heavenly House is truely heavenly

beautiful house, had everything as advertised, service was great (hot tub broke and they had it fixed in hours), walking distance to slopes, just perfect. Only complaint was the rain (rather than snow)but no one can control the weather.

Beautiful home - great location!

I would definitely recommend this property - we had a large group of 20, but never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is laid out well with multiple gathering and seating areas so everyone could "find a spot". Also the distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms let each of our guests have their own space. Our favorite spots in the house were the well-appointed kitchen and the upstairs game room/bar. We all left with a very favorable experience and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Heavenly is Right

This house is wonderful. It has everything you could ever need... indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, movie theater, a fireplace in just about every room, the biggest fridge you've ever seen, amazing views, comfy beds + couches, etc. etc. etc. We had a few minor issues while we were there and Brenda responded immediately to help us out. The place is big enough you don't feel like you're getting in anyone's way (which can be tricky when you have 15 people there) but designed in such a way that it still felt cozy when everyone was all hanging out. Only wish we would have been there 1 week sooner as many things were beginning to shut down due to the change in seasons.

It was a great hit for our family of 18, ranging from 5 to 70+ years.. It well exceeded our expectations. The numerous features made the house a fun focal point in addition to the Tahoe experience. The numerous features including the media room, pool, sauna, hot tub, grill, great well equipped kitchen, bar, pool table, Foosball, fire places, TV's and the many rooms all provided for warm bonding and individual space as desired. We strongly recommend this house.

Incredible vacation home- couldn't ask for better!

Can't say enough positive things about this vacation home- it truly has everything you could possibly want for a large group. The pictures and description almost sounded too good to be true, but we were so thrilled to find everything in this home really was just as it was described. We had a large group of extended family (including adults, kids, and 4 babies!), and this home had plenty of space for everyone. The location is great as well, and gives easy access to exploring South Tahoe and beyond. We knew we would love Lake Tahoe and all the activities on and around the lake, but what we didn't even expect was that the home we stayed in would become one of the highlights of our trip as well. Many thanks to the owners/managers for creating and managing such a top of the line vacation getaway- it is apparent they have put a lot of effort into making this home a retreat for those who stay here, and our only request is when can we come back!

Stunning vacation home! Perfect for large family!

Our family travels a great deal, and this was the most amazing home we have ever stayed in. It was EXACTLY as described and was absolutely perfect for a large family. The rooms were spacious, the furniture was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group. Best of all, as beautiful and entertaining as the Lake Tahoe area is, our group enjoyed hanging around the house just as much! Between the hot tub, pool, movie room, fire pit, pool table, and porches with fireplaces, there was something for everyone. We could not have asked for a more perfect environment for our family reunion. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and relatives!
