The ocean view was beautiful from our balcony.The kitchen had everything we needed. The recliner sofa and love seats were very comfortable. The indoor pool was great for my therapy after knee replacement. We had the pool to ourselves most days to exercise in water.

The Golden Sands is such a beautiful place!! I loved everything about this place! The view from the 20th floor is AMAZING!!!!! Both the ocean side and bayside!!! We saw some amazing sunsets during our stay, and the view of the ocean when you first wake up in the morning is the best! The condo is so cute and cozy! Looks just like the photos on the website. The unit was clean and comfortable! The staff all around the Golden Sands are very nice and helpful! I definitely would love to stay here again!

Great Condo

This property is impressive, with its breathtaking balcony views from the 20th floor and exceptional conditions for taking remarkable sunrise and sunset photographs. When we first arrived, we experienced a technical issue with our cable, but the condo owner quickly responded and resolved the problem, providing top-notch service. My family had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay here again if we plan to return to the area for vacation.

Great Location and Stunning View

The location of the property was perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The communication with the owner was outstanding. She replied promptly and addressed concerns immediately. The condo was nice and the kitchen had and utensil you might need on hand. The building, the Golden Sands, could use some updating. One of the ladies who worked at the reservation desk was an absolute doll. The only suggestion that I could make would be to add an inside door lock or swing bar lock. Maintenance has access to the property and nothing prevents them from entering regardless if someone may be napping, showering, etc.

Perfect Place for a Family W/ Young Kids

Overall a wonderful experience! Condo was more than big enough for the four of us. Absolutely cannot beat that view from the balcony. Check in day was a little chaotic but the Golden Sands had extra help on duty to make it smoother. Tiki Bar is fabulous! Entertainment most nights on the patio was very cool. Only minor complaint was that they seemed to close the outdoor pool prematurely for bad weather that never came.

Perfect for our family!

This is our first time staying in this condo but not our first in Golden Sands and this condo is by far our favorite! The condo itself was so clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The pictures do not do it justice on how adorable it is! The bedrooms are large and the layout gave us the space we needed! Cathy was so great to work with and very quick to respond. As far as the issues with the slowness of the elevators, you will have that in any high rise condo. We have stayed on multiple floors and I think staying on the 20th provided an easier experience with the elevators. When staying in lower levels, many times the elevator would be full by the time it got to us and we would have to wait. We didn’t find any issues at all this time.

Golden Sands for the Win

The condo was clean, nicely furnished, with up to date appliances & plenty of room to relax. Golden Sands has everything you need for a great vacation - the ocean at your door, tiki bar & grill, 2 pools, live music, game rooms, & shops. We highly recommend this unit & its generous owners.

Very Nice Unit, Elevator Disaster

Our rental unit was very nice, fully equipped, comfortable. But the elevator service was beyond horrible and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I’d stay in the same u it if it was in a different building.

Kathy and Nick were wonderful hosts. We were so impressed with how quick they responded to an issue we had with checking into the condo. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Vacation condo

Condo was very clean, in a convenient location, enjoyed watching the sun rise on one side and the sun set on the other side. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly.

Great Condo, Perfect Hosts

It was like staying at a generous friend's well kept and perfectly located home. Cathy has info posted about local restaurants & the property. Golden Sands is a complete resort -- food, entertainment, shops, pools, & a bar on site. There was a slight glitch with an appliance when we checked in but one call to Cathy & Nick & it was taken care of in minutes. Maybe I should say less -- I'd like to keep this gem all to myself 😉😊

Golden Sands is the best place to stay

3rd year at Golden Sands, first time in this condo. Overall in great condition, carpet felt new, everything clean, and of course the views from the 20th floor are great. Had a few questions along the way and the owner was very responsive. Be sure to ask for linen rental recommendation, made it very easy. If you happen to have a rainy day/night, there are games and puzzles in the second bedroom closet. Will try to book this condo again the next time we go to Ocean City!

Great location and lots to do oceanfront!

We had a great time staying here. There are two spacious bedrooms and you can't beat the view! Follow the recommendations and do not try to arrive there during check in.

Beach, Food and Family

Our condo was just about perfect for my wife and I and our three adult children. I would say it would be ideal for four adults or a family of with up to four smaller children. The owner was helpful (via internet) to get us situated. The rooms were very well furnished and maintained with excellent view of the ocean. Everything worked (even used the waffle iron one morning). We loved sitting on the ocean-front deck and enjoying food/drinks from the Tiki Bar. The mini-market on site had limited hours but saved grocery trips. We were near dozens of excellent places to eat, but you should plan on driving unless you really enjoy long walks. Parking for our car was on the ground level and included in price, but it was a bit pricey to keep my son's car on site, too.
