Overall we had a great stay. The host was very helpful and communicative, and the condo was well equipped for our family of 5. The property grounds are gorgeous and there is a lot to offer in terms of activities as well as proximity to the rainforest if you enjoy that. The food overall at the nearby restaurants was just okay, but plenty to choose from.

A wonderful vacation!

We just got back from our stay and I can’t say enough how wonderful the property was. We had a magical week at the villa and the owner was so helpful and lovely! She made our stay so easy and stress free, and even arranged groceries for us on our arrival. We will definitely be returning in the future!!

Holiday Paradise

My family booked at the last minute, and Ms. Lugo could not have been more helpful. The Bahia resort is lovely, and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. It has three beds and three bathrooms, a large living room/dining room, and a fully stocked beautiful kitchen, leaving plenty of room for our family of four. We had access to a golf cart, which transported us to the gym, beach, restaurants, and pool. I can't express enough the fantastic time and the exceptional food at the beach club. We will be back!

Our family recently stayed at Coco de Mer Villa, located in the Las Verandas residences at the Four Seasons Bahia Beach resort. We’ve stayed at this property plenty of times when it was the St Regis, but this is the first time we stayed at the Villas.Felicita’s villa was an amazing choice. With 3 beds, and 3 full baths, there was plenty of space to accommodate each guest comfortably. The linens, furnishings, art work, etc. all give you the feel of a luxurious hotel stay. The villa is fully stocked with cookware, flatware, and various appliances (including small appliances) which ensures you have the comforts of home living available. The open concept lent itself very well to our private chef experience (highly recommended), and there’s plenty of space, both inside and outside. Outside, there is a large patio, fully furnished for hanging out with a drink and watching golfers tee off from hole 9. The villa comes with a golf cart assigned, so you can get to the beach or pool within a few minutes. We also used it to tour the grounds, which is beyond stunning and never gets old.Felicita’s communication was top notch. She answered all of our questions before booking and was timely on her responses afterwards. We even had a little hiccup with the propane tank on the grill and she quickly responded by having the maintenance person stop by to address. Overall, the villa served as the perfect backdrop for our family’s vacation. We look forward to future stays.

Beautiful home, stunning resort property, excellent host!

We absolutely loved our stay at Felicita’s home in Bahia Beach Resort! The Villa was perfect, and Felicita was so kind to pre-stock the kitchen with our groceries and diapers for the baby. Her villa has the best location, right beside the playground and at the entrance for quick access to the rest of the resort amenities. Big hits for us: the golf cart, the beach club, the golf course, the Boat House, and the spa at the Ritz. We LOVED the property grounds and admiring the stunning foliage as we walked through nature trails. We had a blast! Thanks for hosting us, Felicita!

Fantastic getaway

My wife and I took our kids (5 and 2.5) along with my parents to stay on the Bahtia resort property and loved every minute of it. The in subdivision pool was great for an evening swim and during the day we had easy access (via golf cart) to both the beach club pool and bar area as well as the st Regis hotel pool and bar area. We also explored the boathouse which featured kayaks, paddle boards, and a floating obstacle course which proved daunting for my kids (this time)All of the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating even though we weren’t staying in the hotel itself. The photos of the unit don’t do it justice as it is beautifully done. Our host was excellent with communication throughout our stay. Would strongly recommend

Relaxing Family Getaway

This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we have had in PR with our family. We have stayed at the St. Regis a couple of times and it's lovely but having a house with a kitchen, laundry, a room for each of our boys and the freedom to drive around the property on a golf cart made it so easy. The beach club was close by and virtually empty. We made use of the tennis courts and lake which were also close by. Felicita was an amazing host! She went grocery shopping for us before we arrived so the kitchen was stocked. If we needed anything she was very responsive and stopped by to bring us what we needed. The home was clean and beautiful. We would definitely return again!

I was hesitant before the trip because I wasn't sure how booking a third party villa on the hotel property would go over. But I was really pleasantly suprised! The St. Regis grounds are amazing, and we had full access- never had an issue. The villa itself was great, albeit with some minor issues- the tub jets did not seem to work, and there was a loud noise that emitted from the bathroom every twenty minutes or so. The property owner was tremendously helpful and responsive- use of the golf cart, stocking the kitchen before we arrived, providing a pack n play for an infant- really helped put the trip together. Overall, can't go wrong with a big villa on this beautiful St. Regis grounds!

Wonderful fun in the sun

We had a last minute change of plans when passports didn’t arrive. Friends in Puerto Rico helped us find Felicita Lugo’s place at the St Regis. She was very cooperative, informative, and helpful in our booking. She arranged a shuttle from the airport. Suggested snorkeling and fishing trips, arranged groceries and golf carts for our arrival, and generally helped us turn a horrible situation into a wonderful holiday. This was senior year spring break with our two granddaughters, our son and daughter-in-law. Everyone had a spectacular time. The beach at the St Regis was beautiful, the Beach Club and Pool in wonderful settings. Our Condo was on the Golf Course with beautifully landscaped surroundings. I could not say enough about this wonderful place. We look forward to returning again soon. After about six trips to Puerto Rico, I continue to find it underrated as a travel destination. Lovely beaches, wonderful food scene, great people. Why go anywhere else?

The condo was well stocked with a nice grill and great patio with good seating. Good for two couples sharing the space. Plus Felicita was accommodating giving a refund when we had to shorten our stay by one day.
