The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi and more! 2 Downstairs bedrooms + Loft bedroom, all with queen beds. Very stylish and comfortable place.

This property was perfect for our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, we definitely would stay again. The beds were comfy and location was great, there is also a washer and dryer provided. The house is very cute and welcoming, check in/out was a breeze. There are several positives about this property; the kitchen is stocked, TVs in all 3 bedrooms plus the living room, ceiling fans, great shower and comfy furniture. We loved our stay!

Archer house is walking distance to downtown Mammoth Springs, the actual Springs, and good restaurants. Great location! Beds were good and linens and towels were clean. We really liked having a dishwasher, the dual AC splits, and it was nice to have a fairly generous back yard to play yard games in. This would be a 5 star place if not for a few minor things like the sink faucet being loose, dust on the baseboards, one of the electrical outlets in kitchen not working, and the flooring that looks newly installed but a little wonky in places. None of these were major issues and WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE AGAIN but needs just a little bit more work to get it to a five star level.Also note it does not have a standard kitchen table to eat at but does come with a card table and chairs which you need to find a place to set up. We knew this ahead of time but wanted to make sure future guests were aware of the table situation so they know what to expect.

Cute and close to everything!

Amazing hosts, we had a small issue and it was addressed immediately. Clean, cute, and within walking distance to Fred's Fish (and other restaurants and shops) and the spring.

Nice little bungalow

It is a nice little place to stay. Has all the basics furnished. The stairs going up were fun for my kids, not so much for me, they are very steep. It is a very nice home. In a quiet neighborhood. The town is great, along with the sightseeing options that are very close.

Cute house

Very cool small house, nicely appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family meal. Comfortable beds. Located in an average neighborhood. We stay with Alexis & Adam whenever we visit my parents in Mammoth Spring.

Memorable weekend with family

The property is very clean and well taken care of. Host were VERY attentive to needs/requests. My grandson stated the couch was the most comfortable couch he ever sat on. He's 7 :) Definitely a stay worth coming back for!!!

Spring River Trip

Archer House was very nice. Fully stocked with everything needed. House well maintained and clean. Owners communicated all needs perfectly. Great place to stay during visit to float river with our family. Easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Will definitely use again in the future!
