A dog friendly (W/ Fee - See Below) picturesque tiny cottage centrally located off of Soldier Creek in Perdido Beach, AL. Enjoy a backyard for the pups and a small fire pit, minutes walk from Soldier Creek. Bring your boat & head directly into the bay and enjoy frequent dolphin sightings, island hopping, bay accessed bars/restaurants, soldier creek is a beautiful Kayak/Paddleboard/Pup friendly destination!

(11mi to OWA & Tanger)

Soldier creek is a couple minutes walk east (1 street over) with a short drive to multiple local beaches (exact address is in photos), shopping centers/restaurants, and an amusement park. Yupon St. water access/boat launch is a public boat launch just over a mile a way. However, long term tenants/snow birds will have full access to a deeded private boat launch one street over.

Neighborhood Description:
Perdido Beach is a quiet, private, bay side town that offers all things necessary for a peaceful relaxing getaway. Centrally located to many nearby beaches and towns. Avoid the beach traffic, and come back to this peaceful, fun cottage after a long day at the beach, or just launch your boat and ride right into the bay!

Other Things to Note :
Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on property) Damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay.
Less then 20 minutes to Foley and 15 minutes to Pensacola!

This host was super accommodating and very helpful. The little beach house is a perfect little spot for those looking for a less touristy stay, yet close enough to the beaches for a visit to one everyday. Would definitely stay again.

Compact and comfortable. A sturdy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage in a semirural neighborhood with offstreet parking, a nice back porch, and a fenced back yard that offers distant water views and gorgeous sunrises. Just over half an hour to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. A good, quiet, secure place to be at the end of the day. My wife, our border collie, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This place was great. Its sat in the middle of any beach area and the bay is within walking distance. The bed is COMFY!! My only complaint would be the outside light facing firepit to sensitive and kept coming on while we were sitting out at the firepit. We will come back and stay again.

My family of 4.5 really enjoyed our stay. The little cottage felt homey. It was clean and well maintained. The yard was perfect for our dog to securely roam around. The owners thought of everything.
