Pinehurst 3BR/2B Condo on lake w/seasonal pool, just 1.5 mi to Pinehurst Resort

This 3BR Condo sits along the inlet of Lake Pinehurst, with a Zen-like waterfall right below the two balconies. Quiet mornings listening to the waterfall and listening to the birds year-round with a view of the lake is where you can enjoy your morning beverage. This 2nd-story walkup had its kitchen remodeled in 2019 as well as new wood, tile and carpet flooring throughout. The Master BR has a private full bath with garden sized tub to relax after your day of whichever of the many activities you chose to indulge in here in the Pinehurst area. There are two separate sinks and a full-sized closet. You can access two balconies from the Master BR, one facing the pool and one facing the inlet and lake. At the other end of the condo are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed facing the water, and the other with two twin beds facing the landscaped front and parking area. The master has a desk and chair. There is also a folding table and chair in one of the closets for use as a desk. The 2nd full bathroom with a hallway entrance located between the two guest rooms has shower/tub and single sink. A closet in the guest bath houses the apt sized w/d free for your use. The living area has a soft cream leather couch pit, a multi-use game table (cards or bumper pool), and a 56" smart tv. There are two sets of sliders that bring you out to a large balcony facing the water, perfect for any time of the day to enjoy the quiet ambiance and beautiful scape of Lake Pinehurst which you can walk to or take a chair to sit on the water's edge with your aperitif! The dining area has a custom-made corner banquette and table next to the kitchen, which is fully stocked for those who enjoy cooking, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/oven/microwave, auto drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, hand mixer, tea kettle, plenty of pots/pans/baking/serving items. Coffee/Tea supplies and general spices/oil/vinegar are provided. There are plenty of linens, towels, pool towels, hair dryer and shampoo/rinse/body wash for your stay. Starters of paper towels/toilet paper are provided. Outside lighting is motion detection for your safety. Parking is directly in front of the condo, and you can walk to the community outdoor pool which also has beautiful views at sunset. The pool is seasonal (usually Memorial Day through mid-October) and accessible with a provided key fob. A 5-minute drive to the Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Resort, plus additional shopping/dining/spas are in nearby Southern Pines and Aberdeen. We have locally made chocolates, candles, pottery, wood products, and spectacular local artists 'galleries as well as the best historical organization to take advantage of. In addition to this being where the Home of Golf is, there are many walking paths, parks, equestrian events and additional activities to enjoy. There are Farmers' Markets on Wed/Thurs/Sat nearby. A visit to one of the many verandahs at Pinehurst Resort is a must! Grocery stores, gas stations, and various religious options are all within a 5-minute drive.
