Relax in this very stylish and modern apartment with a view of the Parque España trees, which has a completely furnished and equipped balcony that fully integrates with the space.

It was carefully designed so that you and your guests enjoy the greatest comfort and have an unforgettable time!

The building has 24-hour security, a gym and a roof top for common use where you can go up to work, hang out, smoke and, if you wish, cook a barbecue or light the fire pit.

It is a magnificent apartment carefully designed to have as much style and comfort as possible. You won´t want to leave!

You have a fully furnished space with: a couch for the TV, two armchairs, a dining room and a desk in case you need to work. The 25m2 balcony is equipped with a table for 8, 2 hanging chairs, some side tables, a ping pong table, a sun umbrella and night lights. There are two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed and full bathroom and the other with two single beds and a bathroom outside of the bedroom; each with a closet. The roof top and gym are common areas and VERY well equipped!

We are available whenever you are in need of something.

It is the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, where you have many things to enjoy, so you will never get bored. It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture.

Even if you are going to Av. Reforma or the historic center, you can do it on foot or on bike since it is very close and everything is connected.

You have access to the metro and metrobus about two blocks away. UNBEATABLE LOCATION! You can use this transportation to go to Coyoacán and farther away.

I also recommend using the public bike system called Ecobici, as it is very worthwhile to ride a bike around the city.

Perfect Location

We loved the location! The apartment was in the perfect location near two parks. Walkable to fantastic food. The apartment was well-appointed, stylish, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. Check-in and out was easy. We spent most of the time on the patio while in the house. It was so pretty and comfortable. There is a doggie daycare right next to the property and dogs get dropped off starting at 7:00 am.

Great location, comfortable and stylish decor

This is property looks as good as the photos on the listing. If you plan on using the kitchen, spices and oil are provided, but there is no need to cook as there are so many great places within walking distance. There is a lovely breeze that comes through the patio at night to cool down. The property manager does not have information in the unit with basic info such as the Wi-Fi password or instructions for the safe - ask for this info if you want to use either. There are many dogs that live in this building and they seem to be constantly barking - we had to close the bedroom windows at night so our sleep wasn’t disturbed. We were exhausted every night so we weren’t bothered

Nice apartment in a great location

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The large balcony in the trees is the highlight. The decor is modern and stylish and both bathrooms are very nice. One thing to be aware of- there is a doggie daycare business directly next door. During the day there is quite a bit of dog barking that you can hear, especially from the balcony. Thankfully the dogs seem to all have gone home by 6pm so it isn’t a problem in the evening or overnight. There were no instructions of any kind in the apartment. A few pages with basic instructions for the apartment and a few suggestions for dining, groceries, etc. would be helpful. For example, the door to the balcony off the master bedroom was locked and we didn’t discover the keys until the 2nd night there. There were only 3 towels (and 4 of us) when we arrived. Exchanged a few confusing messages with the manager and finally got that resolved but it took almost 24 hours. The location in the Condesa neighborhood is great - really nice neighborhood with pretty parks and lots of restaurants and bars of all kinds in easy walking distance. Used the gym once, and for an apartment building gym, its very nicely appointed. Everything was extremely clean. Thank you for the hospitality!
