Il Manatee Bay ha il meglio di tutti i mondi. Ha una grande piscina in fibra di vetro personalizzata situata accanto a una profonda e capace laguna in grado di pescare e in grado di pescare. La laguna è piena di specie diverse di animali selvatici, tra cui un lamantino occasionale, tartarughe e tutti i tipi di pesci. È il posto perfetto per imparare a Paddle Board, Snorkel o Kayak. C'è un rapido accesso al Golfo aperto alla fine della laguna, con un grande bacino in acque profonde con spazio per 3 barche. Il ponte posteriore del lamantino che si affaccia sulla laguna è gigantesco, ampio spazio per socializzare e ammirare il panorama o prendere l'abbronzatura. Tonifica anche parte della piscina in modo che tu possa goderti parte della piscina anche dopo aver avuto abbastanza sole. Il lamantino ha anche un sistema di riscaldamento per la piscina, un lato del ponte è completamente schermato in modo che nulla possa interrompere il tuo tempo piacevole.


L'open space della Manatee Lagoon è ideale per grandi feste; la grande sala grande e la cucina aperta sono perfette per trascorrere le vacanze durante i pasti. La parte inferiore della casa è completamente aperta per il parcheggio coperto dal Keys Sunshine. Marathon License # PLR2003-00134
Servizi: due bagni nuovi di zecca con molteplici soffioni doccia Kohler, 5 TV, 1 65 ', lavatrice, asciugatrice, aria centrale, grande piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, cucina completamente attrezzata, sedie a sdraio, barbecue a gas, mobili da ponte, tavolo da biliardo.
Attività: nuoto, snorkeling, canottaggio, ottimi ristoranti, immersioni, ecc. 3 doppi kayak, 2 paddleboard

Abbiamo un grande tavolo da biliardo vicino alla piscina, perfetto per tenere d'occhio quei piccoli mentre ci si rilassa dopo una dura giornata di gioco in acqua. Ci sono così tante creature pulite nella laguna da vedere al Lamantino che rimarrai stupito. È il posto perfetto per Kayak, Paddle Board o Snorkel, è per questo che includiamo i paddle board e kayak con il noleggio.

Offriamo inoltre il prezzo più basso nel noleggio di barche per il tuo viaggio settimanale alle Keys. Si va da un Boston Whaler 17'-28 ', fuoribordo Yamaha a 4 tempi. Vengono consegnati direttamente al molo e ritirati alla fine della settimana.

Wildlife Hot Spot
We have rented a house in the Keys for 20 or more years! This property had some great features and some not so great features. To start, the kitchen was big and sufficiently stocked, the pool was nice and cool everyday(Which has never been the case in the Keys). There was enough table seating, which is also rare. The dock was nice and fit our 36 foot boat; there was always some sort of wildlife on or under the dock! We had visits from pelicans, seagulls, frigate birds, Swallow tail kites, parrot fish, tarpon, barracuda, and the best was the manatees! The place wasn't cleaned great and the king bed was broken in the middle, we had a few other small issues as well. Everything was handled in a quick and timely manner! There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 bathroom that is split between 2 bedrooms, you share the shower but have your own toliet and sink. Overall I would stay here again!

Great Location
This house was in a perfect location. Directly on the water allowed us to see dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles on a daily basis. We enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle boards and the pool was a great temperature (nice and warm!) The few minor issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to work the hottub, and a inside door handle was sticking) were immediately rectified. The property manager (I think his name was Adam) responded quickly and was polite and accommodating. We had an excellent vacation!

It was really amazing. We saw a lot of wildlife. Manatee dolphins pelicans iguanas. The only thing that was an issue was a few of us got a lot of nose bites, but he better bites down there than bites in Minnesota and the summer.

Another wonderful stay at Manatee Bay!!
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us again. Lagoon was full of wonderful marine life for us and even had manatees visiting this time. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Marathon, everything we need is just minutes away. The week always goes by way too fast!!

Wonderful Week in the Keys
Beautiful neighborhood right on the canal. Had a manatee swimming around the dock a couple of times and got awesome video. Some minor things in the house need repaired which i reported so it will be turned in to the owners. House could use a derp cleaning, but beds, dishes, towels were all clean. Id definitely stay again. Wendy was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions we sent her way.

Won’t stay again
House needs help. Trash was full, microwave dirty, grill dirty and Propane tank was empty when we arrived. Dishwasher leaks, bathroom faucets pull off and house is very dirty. Will not stay again.

An excellent location.
Overall we had a great time. Some things were clean, some needed additional work. But Wendy is on top of it all. She was very responsive to everything we brought up and we had a great time kayaking, seeing all of the turtles, tarpons, nurse sharks and manatees. The pool was excellent and the space outside was lovely and incredibly enjoyable.

Vacation in paradise
The house was located perfectly around everything. The house itself was amazing from the pool to the hot tub to the dock with all kinds of wildlife. We saw manatees and sharks swimming by daily! The house had everything you would need and was super clean! We will for sure be back ! One of the best places we have stayed! Can’t wait to book again!

Love is needed for this place!
This place was definitely in a beautiful place and I bet once was very nice. I am sure from renters that have been disrespectful to this place things have been misused. The shower handle in guest room was broken. Multiple chairs looked broken and nailed back together. The dishwasher leaked. So much thick dust on air conditioners filter had all of our sinuses acting up. Pool had so many tiles broken. Beds could use replacing. One queen bed was so bad someone put a old egg crate topper and sleeping bag on top. No ice maker or water on the refrigerator. The electrical outlets were so old in the bedroom you couldn’t plug in anything. Once the new buyers come in and update everything this place will be wonderful.

Worst VRBO I have ever stayed at
There were more thing’s broken than ones that worked. This could be a nice place if they kept it up. There was no amenities such as soap sponges wash clothes. All the remotes had no batteries. There was about 5 squares of TP for 3 bathrooms. There was no propane in the 2tanks. We had to buy it. Which isn’t a big deal but then the owner when I told them about the condition of the place replied by saying I see what kind of person I am dealing with. That was not appropriate he is a slumlord at best. This is a broken down rental that you pay good money for. No Wi-Fi and we had to spend 1and a half days trying to get the TVs to work because there cable boxes were broken. And then there was the safety issue of all the extension cords so you had electric which you had to plug in the bathroom water and electrical not good.

Great layout of home. Good size pool. Good size dock. Nice covered parking. Nice screened porch. Nice little bait freezer. We did see 5 manatees under the dock. Turtles & Tarpon in the basin. Need to hire a different cleaning company. We had to clean the house when we arrived. To include mopping the floor. Kitchen faucet only trickles water. Guest bathroom shower knobs are falling off. The queen guest room only has 1 working power outlet.They ran an extension cord to the bathroom to power the twin room.The a/c quit working one nite & we had to wait 5 hours for the a/c company to show up & fix it. No fans in the bedrooms. Both reclining sofas have the power cords cut off, so they do not recline. The pool pump does not circulate water. Burners need to be replaced on the grill. We have rented several homes in Marathon. You expect a couple minor issues here & there. With the extra fees we have to pay nowadays, the magnitude of these issues is unacceptable.

The good life at Manatee
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The kitchen, wrap around (front and back) decks, screening porch for breakfast, the pool and most all the dock with turbo bench to name a few. Bed's were great and the jets and rain water in master shower was surpise! Hope they will continue to rent out house with new owners as i would like to sign up again!

Best location
After many visits to the Keys, this was the best location, by far. So much to see - tarpon, manatees, sea turtles, and multiple schools of fish. The listing says 5 bathrooms. It has 3, which was just fine. A few lights and electrical sockets were not working, but definitely not a deal breaker. Communication with property manager was excellent, and we would definitely stay again.

Another Awesome Week in Marathon
This place is amazing for anyone looking for a beautiful location to relax. We fished the dock almost all day everyday. Tons of Mangroves, Grunts, parrotfish and Cudas, even jumped a #100 Tarpon. Wendy is a great host. The negatives reviews are just people looking to complain, not the most modern house, but why go to the keys if you’re looking to spend the day in the house. Looking forward to renting from Wendy/Adam again.

Beautiful, relaxing nature.
We had the absolute best time. We saw manatees, se turtles, and iguanas Adam was a great host and took great care of us. Beautiful snorkling, swimming and kayaking. It is a great central location in the Keys. We will be coming back.

Beautiful View
We rented this home for the month of March and were a little concerned due to prior reviews. The online photos are accurate and so glad we didn’t cancel our reservation. My family has rented many vacation homes in different locations including FL and this was our favorite so far. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to cook fresh seafood. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the screened in porch and watching for turtles and manatees. We were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins one morning. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Manatee Bay needs some work
Our family stayed at Manatee Bay from January 14 - 28., 2023. We chose this house for 5 major reasons - Location - heated pool - hot tub - tv/Internet - screened in porch. We received location - GREAT location - a lot of Manatee sightings! On the downside for the first week the Hot Tub did not work nor was the pool heated even though we were assured all was in order before we paid the final fee. To the property manager's credit he did respond immediately and fixed both but it wasn't until after the first week that either was working - very disappointing. The TV and the Internet could not work at the same time and even after trying to fix that, it remained that way for the full two weeks. The screens were torn everywhere and the windows could not be left open at night. We actually did have to duct tape them to seal the open areas. There is a longer list but all other items were livable. Having read the reviews submitted after we stayed here it would seem that the renters were generally happy but I can also see the points that Michael O. and Irina K. made. Again, nothing against the management team on this as they did respond quickly but this house needs work. If the owner of this property was willing to budget for a small crew of repairmen and a solid week of work this house would be a gem. Until then, BUYER BEWARE!
