ADU on a quiet cul-de-sac, with beautiful mountain views in the front and back. Very Centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, shopping, breweries, restaurants, natural grocer, river and the deepest hot springs in the world! Also walking distance to numerous walking, hiking, and biking trails. Unit is 500 square feet with high ceilings and lots of natural light making the space feel much larger. This is a perfect spot for a digital nomad, having a designated work space with an optional standing desk. high speed Starlink wifi included. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave and a dishwasher. A/C.
