You're just 15 minutes to the quaint downtown of Black Mountain and 20 minutes to all downtown Asheville has to offer. Perfectly located for those who are looking for outdoor activities and close to breweries, restaurants, shopping and more!

As you enter, the cozy, yet open floor plan will welcome you with open arms and you'll immediately feel right at home. The main level includes the living room with comfortable seating, large screen tv for streaming, the kitchen with stainless appliances, boasts a large island where everyone can gather while the chef cooks up their favorite meals. The deck is off the kitchen, featuring a dining table, this is the perfect spot to take in the mountain air and catch glimpses of the mountains through the wooded terrain. Enjoy a newly built outdoor deck with comfortable seating, an outdoor table for dining, and a six person tub!
The primary bedroom is on the main level and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other 2 guest rooms, with queen beds, are on the second level and share a full bath. There is also a sitting room with a full bed at the top of the stairs. The laundry is on the second level as well. Don't forget about the wood burning fire pit and the fenced in yard, so bring your four legged friend with you!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you)
