Nuestra casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en 3 acres con terraza abierta, una terraza cubierta y un porche cubierto para disfrutar de una barbacoa por la noche o un café por la mañana. We had a great time with family for an after Christmas holiday gathering. The house was just as described and had great living spaces with all kitchen and bath essentials. The added touches and even Christmas decorations made it feel like home! We loved being able to bring our furry family member! It's an easy drive into Asheville, so that was a plus. Communication with Debbie was easy as well as all instructions and house details at the house.

The host, Debbie, was wonderful in communicating and making sure we had what we needed. The house was beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Seven people and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful thanksgiving in this home!

The house was perfect for our 3 generational family of 7 and doggies! House was clean, instructions for anything needed as well as local recommendations were provided. There was plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. as well coffee supplied and a very sweet snack basket! The view is so relaxing! Communication with Debbie was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Great location with a lovely host

Close to everything Asheville but still feels like you're in the country. Easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway for site seeing. Property was perfect for the five of us and our two dogs. Our host, Debbie, thought of everything could have wanted or needed. Would definitely recommend.

We were there for Helene so no power or water. Left as soon as we could but it was a tense two days wondering if we would be able to. Family that was planning to join obviously - fortunately- did not. Debbie was great and attentive and has offered a partial refund which we appreciate.

Great Getaway in Fairview

Wonderful stay at a fantastic VRBO. Debbie was outstanding with her comms throughout our stay and her house was everything as advertised. If you are looking for a place to stay near Asheville that can accomodate a couple to an entire family, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended.

Superlatives Fall Short

We had an extraordinary stay and our only wish is that it could have been longer. Debbie's place is warm, comfortable and welcoming with every amenity one could wish for. The house was immaculate, the yard amazing and the support information about the property, as well as the surrouinding area was thoroughly detailed and extremely helpful. And Debbie was in constant contact throughout and unbelievably reponsive whenever we reached out. It was about a perfect a stay as one could imagine!

Wonderful

Nestled in the hills and thick woods of North Carolina is the gem of a property. Our family of 6, including 4 kids 7 and under had a magical 2 weeks in Fairview. The house is beautifully maintained with everything you need. Debbie was a wonderful host, quickly available to help and so nice. The gift basket upon arrival was wonderful. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit.

LOVELY July 4th Stay

This house could not be more well equipped and updated in the loveliest ways. We are a dog loving family and the doggos felt right at home here. Their outdoor space and garden is Louvre gardens worthy, y'all and the home was so peaceful, warm, welcoming, clean and organized. Comms with Debbie were as if she was a long time family friend and the location cannot be beat (you're about 15-20 minutes away from every major attraction). We look forward to coming back as soon as we can all clear our schedules!

A perfect example of how it should be done

Thank you Debbie, Appreciate your amazing hospitality and that you thought of everything. From the snacks upon arrival, the amazing selections of coffees and even how well manicured the grounds were…it was all perfect. You make the simple - significant. Girlfriend getaway

We loved this home. It was clean, well equipped, cozy, and had everything we needed. The owner had notes about how to do operate the TV, what to do at check out, and other notes. There were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the peaceful area. The grounds were beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again. And the owner left us a gift basket when we checked it. All around a wonderful place for our girlfriend weekend.

Welcoming mountain stay

Our getaway

Debbie made our stay very welcoming. All the instructions for check-in were clear. She called us not long after we arrived to make sure all was well with check-in and the home. It was clean and it was comfortable. I slept like a baby in the king sized bed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do (Biltmore, downtown, breweries, and Mount Mitchell). We had a wonderful stay and memorable time in Asheville.

Friends Retreat

The house was amazing. There were 5 of us...no couples and we were very comfortable. I wanted a cozy place to sit and chat, have meals with plenty of room for crafts. It was perfect. I am limited in my mobility and it was easy to get in and around the house. Wonderful outside deck and porch with swing. Easy access to town, food, and shopping.

Christmas Getaway

This is our third stay at Debbie's beautiful home. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided along with a welcome basket with goodies for us and for the children. The house was so clean, great linens. The rooms and beds were comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck; the firepit was appreciated since it was COLD! The Christmas decorations were delightful. We celebrated Christmas with the children our second day at the house. We appreciate Debbie's attention to our comfort and we hope to stay again next year. Beautiful house and beautiful location.

Family Girl's Trip

We had an amazing weekend on our annual girl's trip. The house was perfect for the six of us. We have a range of ages from 20's to 70's and these weekends give us a chance to reconnect. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, paper products, hair dryers, coffee and coffee mugs. Debbie was quick to respond to all questions and checked in with us the first evening to make sure all was well. We were conveniently between Black Mtn and Asheville and were able to spend some time in both places. We highly recommend this location and hope to return in the future.
