So many broken items in the room. Phone didn't work, plumbing was loose, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, towels not in the room, lights didn't work well, no microwave in room, no coffee maker, no cups for drinking water, ice bucket available but ice maker didn't work on our floor. Elevator was scary, noisy and jerky. Supposed to come with a free continental breakfast but we were told we would charged on Monday. Breakfast was a joke compared to others I had been to. I didn't feel safe walking in the area. The pool was nice!
