We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! The rooms were nice sized and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to be able to grill next door, and make rolls in the morning. The next door community building was a great bonus as a place to grill outside and have a large patio set. The location was easy to get to and we felt safe the entire time. The host was kind and answered any questions I had quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, and if we make it back to the area will be staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was too large for just the two of us but our daughter and her sons came over every day, The space was perfect for playing games - the boys love the arcade downstairs too. We had snow most of the days we were there so I really enjoyed the fireplace in the evening.The location is great - within walking distance of downtown, We will be back!

Our group of 8 were very impressed with the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of this gorgeous home! We also loved the proximity to the downtown of Spearfish! It was great to be able to walk there to shop, eat, and enjoy! Absolutely great place to stay while in Spearfish! We would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here. There were nine of us staying for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy to walk right into town as well. The owner, Tommy, was accessible for questions. Also, Great place!

Clean and spacious rental in a great location

The space was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the kids plates and cups, and the basket of mega blocks downstairs for kids to enjoy. Very family friendly rental in walking distance to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Host was great with communication.

Canyon Street stay Spearfish

This property worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children with 5 bedrooms to comfortably sleep everyone. The location is good for access to Spearfish shops and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice to be able to use garage. Would definitely rent this home again

Brand new home. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Super comfortable. Bedroom on main level was nice for older guests. We felt the check out requirements were a bit much given we paid a substantial cleaning fee.

House is very new, furnishings contemporary, decorating very attractive, The house was immaculate when we moved in. The kitchen was beautifully complete with everything needed for a household with five bedrooms. Linens and towels were excellent.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Very well maintained and kitchen is marked so you don't have to guess where things are. Close to downtown. The only thing is tubs are deep and older people may have a little difficulty stepping over as there are no grab bars. We had 7 people stay comfortably. Would definitely rebook if coming to this area.

Very nice and clean. Convenient location. 3 families, Kansas, California and Nebraska. Space was such that we spent time together but had personal space! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Gorgeous Home! Five Stars!!!!

The property was beautiful! So clean and organized. Fresh towels and linens. The beds were so comfortable, like luxury hotel beds. There were video games like in an arcade. The check-in process was so simple. Our host, Tommy, was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when we're in Spearfish!

Absolutely FANTASTIC

In the last 4 years we've stayed at a lot of places in Spearfish while our daughter was a student athlete at BHSU. This house tops them all!! We were able to host a small gathering to celebrate her graduation, and cooked every meal at the house. The owners thought of it all when they rented their house out. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to prepare meals which is not the case in other places we've stayed. The communication by the owners and check in progress was superb. The Big Game Hunter game was a huge hit with the group as well. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Black Hills!

We have stayed at many VRBO's, this one was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in!! Not only that, "everything that was important" was labeled. The light switch plate covers, the kitchen drawers and cupboards, the linens, etc. The property was nice, convenient parking, clearly written instructions for check-in and check-out, available resources in a binder that was user friendly. We cannot say enough praise about our stay, and we would definitely rent it again.
