Unlike other rentals in Legacy Villas, our one-story vacation villa means there are no stairs to climb, and no neighbors above or below. Park right in front with easy curb parking! Or recharge your EV at the charging stations by the clubhouse.

Our modern home is styled for comfort, with a bit of Tuscany and a touch of wyldflower. With WiFi speeds over 400mbps, there is plenty of bandwidth for multiple devices. Our cable subscription includes the Golf Channel. And the kitchen sink overlooks a small, grassy courtyard; a semi-private area for outdoor play.

PATIOS. The east-facing back patios receive the warm morning sun, and revel in the cool afternoon shade. BBQ burgers on the Char-Broil Infrared Grill. Enjoy your morning coffee outside, or with your favorite book on our cushioned outdoor couch and armchairs. Use our outdoor console table to set out snacks and drinks. Our shaded back patios are the perfect place to relax and chill after a swim.

GREAT ROOM. Designed for gatherings of family and friends, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. In addition to a thick, comfy couch, there are two Recliner Rocker Armchairs that lean ALL THE WAY back, perfect for afternoon naps. Above our California-style fireplace armchair, a wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV is ready for binge-watching with your favorite apps. Our place is stocked with board games, books, and the comforts of home. 

DINING AREA. Dining table has seating for six. Breakfast bar has counter-height seating for two more. French doors open to the bougainvillea patio, with additional outdoor table seating for four.

KITCHEN. The fully-equipped Kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple homemade meals. Appliances include a newly installed LG 5-burner gas stove with Double Oven and ProBake Convection, KitchenAid dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a KitchenAid french door refrigerator with deep freezer drawer. Water dispenser and ice maker located within.

PRIMARY KING SUITE. King bed with hypoallergenic pillow top mattress cover. Private bathroom ensuite with soaking tub and step-in shower. Work-from-home desk /workstation. French doors open to a sunny, semi-enclosed outdoor patio, with seating for two, and a chaise lounge for lazing in the sun.

GUEST BEDROOM. Two (2) twin beds with thick memory foam mattresses. This room has the best AC in the unit, perfect for those who like their AC cold! Courtyard view. Double wide sliding door closet. Ceiling Fan Light. Wall-mounted TV with cable. Full bathroom located across the hall.
