The three bedroom unit - hard to find for 3 couples - so no single beds - was lovely, spacious, well equipped, and clean. The views of the beach at sunrise as well as the night time sky were spectacular.

Sorry to disappoint you Cindy. We try our best to keep our condo in great condition for our guests. We usually do a professional steam clean before the rental season starts and of course try to stay on top of stains in between renters. Our rental started in early May this year so by late September, our lviing room rug and sectional could use another steam clean. .

Location and views of the ocean were perfect. Everything was clean, nice decor. The communication with the owner was prompt and we really had an amazing stay, the place very cozy and the mattresses were also great!

The place and property were very clean - however 8,000.00 for the view when 3 floors down paid 2,000.00 less is something I’d consider in the future- the villas across the way are even less yet have the same access you have to the beaches and pools .Our host went above and beyond to help us run a broken refrigerator upon check in. He immediately notified us and the next day brought 2 coolers - as much as an inconvenience this was , the host did go above and beyond to continue trying to correct it - and offered some compensation for the inconvenience- we didn’t have to ask ! Sea Colony in and of itself is lovely and we’ll be back ! Just not sure if we could afford the penthouse again !

The place is amazing! Comfortable and no real need to bring anything except coffee. The views are amazing and we didn’t mind a few rainy days. We made a peach angle food cake. And ate the while thing with whipped cream!
