You are staying in Downtown San Diego in an Urban Area and there is always the potential for noise from the vibe energy.

BEDROOM #1: Furnished with (1) one very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. (1) queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there is a ROKU Smart TV

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there are (1) sofa bed and (1) futon bed in the living area

Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!

Building was older and had some associated issues like squeaky floors. The elevator was not working one day but it was repaired very quickly. The hosts were very responsive. The main issue was the noise from the street and neighbors. It's located right downtown with several night clubs nearby. That may or may not bother you, but be aware if you'll need sleep.
