Regarding the payment discrepancy, we understand how distressing a currency conversion error can be. As we shared during our correspondence, Zen Vacation Rentals processed the correct amount in USD. Any additional amounts or currency conversion rates applied are handled exclusively by the booking platform (Expedia/VRBO). We remain available to provide our internal records to assist you in your ongoing resolution with them. We also regret the difficulties you faced with the building's amenities, including the elevator wait times and the availability of seating at the pool and beach. While these areas are managed by the resort administration, we are actively sharing guest feedback with them to advocate for better service levels, especially during high-season periods. Regarding the maintenance of the unit, we aim to address every issue promptly. We offered to send our team immediately to resolve the safe and dishwasher concerns, but we respect your decision to decline service during your stay. We have since completed a full maintenance check on the unit to ensure everything is in top working order for future guests.
