Its a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, with a modern touch and centrally-located in the Roseau Valley, 10 minutes drive from the capital Roseau, and surrounded by some of Dominica's most famous tourism sites, including Freshwater Lake, Boeri Lake, Boiling Lake, Titou Gorge, Trafalgar Falls, Middleham Falls, hot springs, snorkeling at Champagne Reef and Waitukubuli Trails.

If you are visiting Dominica to explore nature through hiking in the Roseau Valley area, and would like peace and quiet after a long hike? Then this is the place for you.
Its a Triplex with a three bedroom two-baths upstairs and two separate one-bedroom apartments downstairs.

Apt one is a one-bedroom, one bathroom fully furnished with all amenities available. The structure is on a 8000sqft lot in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by various fruit trees, including but not limited to guava, bananas, coconuts, custard apple, golden apple and avocado.
