Extremely disappointed with this stay. The pool was completely shut down and covered in green algae, yet it was still advertised as an amenity. Free breakfast was also advertised, but there was no breakfast offered at all.We were only given two pillows and were told the hotel was “full” and no extras were available — even though our room had a pullout bed with no bedding provided. When we asked for sheets and pillows, we were told there were none. Basic room amenities were missing as well — no hairdryer and no microwave, despite these being listed.The cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. There was trash sitting in the hallway for over 24 hours with no housekeeping attention. The parking lot was dirty, and at one point there was a man urinating on the front of the building. There were no cleaning services provided during our stay — no fresh towels, no turndown, nothing — even though those services were listed in the amenities.To make matters worse, we accidentally left an Apple Watch in the room. The location tracking clearly shows it moving around the property, and our phone number is attached to it — yet the front desk refuses to answer the phone or return our calls to arrange getting it back.This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. The property is poorly maintained, understaffed, and unresponsive. I would not recommend staying here.

Very disappointing will never stay again

There were roaches in the room. Head board was disgusting with grease and other white stains. while sleeping with DND on door. A aggressive person with no uniform no bag barged in the room. bf told person gf was not dressed. the person demanded to come in anyway to check the smoke detector. once came in just looked at it and left. this was very disturbing. I felt very unsafe. never again.
