I'm sure Justin had a good time because our house was a dirty mess. Apparently a big party was held on Saturday night. Several pieces of furniture were damaged with water rings. The kitchen counters were covered in grease and food drips. Several pieces of new cookware had cooked on grease on the outside them. Two pots were all scratched in the inside even though we have non scratch utensils. The oven was a mess with cooked over food. The outside of the refrigerator was also covered in greasy hand prints. The new gas grill had to be disassembled and cleaned. It was covered in BBQ sauce and meat drippings. When he left the house, The TV was left on as well as all the lights. The central air was set at 60 degrees. We had guest scheduled to check in. We had to turn them away because of all the cleaning required. We had additional charges for cleaning which took 2 days. I only wish I could post the pictures for all to see. We would never rent to Justin again. After a year of renters, he was the worst. He booked one guest and every bed was used as well.
