Clean house with easy access to all the beaches

Great time, great place pictures where true to the eye. House had plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Clean and well kept, community was very well taken care of. Only con I would have to say is the original description said the beach was a 2-3 min walk across Rt. 1. The only truth to that is the beach is on the other side of Rt. 1 if you are trying to go to the beach for the day and sit you cannot walk to the beach due to all the gated communities. Our family will be back next year still would recommended aslong as your fine with driving to the beach everyday.

Gorgeous house! Well kept. Convenient. Stayed here twice and cant wait to stay again!

This house and community was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children, ages 0-8. Easy access to the state seashore and Bethany and the community amenities meant we aleays had something to do... pool, biking the pine trail ot to a coffee shop, kayaking, fishing, ping pong, etc. The home space was beautiful and perfect for us too!

Beautiful, spacious property in our favorite neighborhood. Great location. Fresh-looking, modern, large kitchen. Enjoyed using the owner's kayak. Long & Foster staff very friendly and available. Check-in was smooth and early. Four for neighborhood is because this year we reserved late and got a house that backed up to the highway instead of the wetlands. Also, main sitting room could have used more chairs and a floor lamp or two. Some of the offerings in the garage, though generous, were in poor condition and couldn't be used (i.e., corn hole game, picnic table, etc.). Since these were nonessential, they did not detract from our enjoyment. We had a few minor issues but the owner and managers dealt with them swiftly and cheerfully, leaving us feeling well taken-care-of. Thank you for a wonderful week! (P.S.: this property had a crib in the master bedroom and some other equipment for families with very young kids, which might appeal to younger families than ours)
