Has to be one of the best experiences in Santa Cruz. If you can book this property you should. The property, including the deck, hot tub, and fire pit were so nice we didn’t want to leave. Check in and check out was seamless and the interior was immaculate. Highly recommend.

This beach house was thoroughly enjoyed by my family! It’s clean and comfortable. Enjoy the fire pit and hot tub and the incredible view! I highly recommend!

Family summer escape.

The house is the most well appointed place we have ever rented. My son joked “we will require a bathroom for every bedroom from here on out!” We enjoyed the Boardwalk, Monterey Aquarium, tide pools, beach, walks, bike rides and family restaurants. It was unanimous the best time ever!

The Perfect Location & House

We had a wonderful family trip! About 50 steps to a great beach for boogie boarding & we even saw seals & dolphins. Weekends are a little busy but midweek is super quiet. 10 min drive to the Boardwalk too. The house is simply gorgeous!! Brand new & well equipped. Stunning water view & porch heaters make it so great to be outside during cool mornings & evenings. I would just ask for a few more towels, blankets & sheets to be available since we traveled from the east coast.

The home itself was perfect for our large family! The bedrooms were very spacious, the bathrooms were great, and you can tell a lot of thought and detail went into making the house comfortable and accommodating for families. We had plenty of space and overall really enjoyed the home.With that said, we did have quite a few hiccups during our stay. Before arriving, I specifically confirmed that there would be a pack n play available, so we intentionally did not bring ours. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no pack n play, which meant I had to sleep with my baby during our stay. We also had issues with some of the TV apps being locked and were unable to sign out to use our own Netflix account. There were also no extra trash bags and only one cleaning wipe available for the counters.We communicated these issues as they came up, but the host uses a property management team and unfortunately they were not very quick to respond or able to resolve the problems for us. However, I do want to mention that the day before we checked out, the actual host saw our conversations and immediately reached out. She was very responsive, texted me directly, and even offered to come over herself to take care of everything, which we really appreciated.Overall, the house itself was wonderful and a great fit for a large family. I think with better communication and responsiveness from the property management team, our stay would have been an excellent experience.

This property is located on a quiet beachfront. The kitchen is well appointed and rooms are comfortable. Would have liked to have TV in the primary suite. The grill could use a cleaning but home is otherwise clean. Might be helpful to indicate which door opens with the code. Hot tub was a delight.
