This newly remodeled home in a quiet active adult retirement community is your perfect home away from home...home away from harsh winters. One guest must be at least 55 years old and no overnight guests under 19. Great open kitchen, smart tv's in each bedroom plus the main living area, a workspace, plus you can choose to purchase a guest pass at the local Recreational Centers to give you access to amenities that include 32 lawn bowling rinks, 30 bowling lanes, 30 pool/billiards/snooker tables, 27 tennis courts, 26 pickleball courts, 14 bocce ball courts, 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 4 fitness centers, 2 miniature golf courses, indoor track, 2 racquetball/handball courts, 2 ballrooms, softball field, and workspace for many clubs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Everything was great except the carpets in the bedrooms were not in very good condition. Everything else was great! Good location to get everywhere. Would highly recommend it.

Fabulous home

Jamie always provided information in a timely manner and was friendly in her correspondence. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably furnished throughout. We highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again during our next visit.

nice place / clean and easy

Overall things were great. The 2 beds were small (not queen size). I suggest upgrading the beds for future guests. Also - the hot / cold water was inconsistent in all faucets. Very difficult to get hot water out of any faucet (unless dishwasher was running which is odd!). The shower temperatures were fine though. Thank you!

AZ stay

We missed not having a grill...my fault for not checking. Communication was good at first with the easy questions, process check in etc. The last full day we were there we woke up to no hot water. contacted Jaime, partner coming out at by 1:30. We had to both leave and shower at friends. I canceled my golf game. Partner did not show at 1:30. Now I had to leave the inside door open so he could come in thru the garage. Not crazy about this but I had no choice since I had to leave from 2-3. Was not contacted to tell me partner was running late. Excuse from Jaime was that he called and my phone went right to VM & yet Jaime and I were texting and he certainly could have texted me or left me a VM. Now I home by 2:30 so I can let the plumber in at 4:30. Plumber arrives at 4:00, checks out the Water heater and tells me there are 2 thermostats that have to run in sync and they were not set properly and that is why we had lost hot water. I texted Jamie and told her what he said and that it is now fixed. I asked her to let me know how she will compensate for this inconvenience. No answer, not even an apology for the inconvenience, no compensation. I would have expected at the very least an apology.

The house was very convenient and very clean. Once we turned the AC down we were finally able to cool things off. The beds are not the most comfortable. Our host was very accommodating, as far ads the check in time
