Opposite 42 acres serene bird park is spacious 4 bed house (2000 sq ft) on half acre of corner lot!
Two bedrooms and full bath on first floor & second floor. Finished basement with half bath & free laundry.
Gleaming hardwood flooring, upd kitchen, 2.5 bath with finished basement having ping pong table to unwind.
One car garage (really helpful during winter) & big driveway. Pond has lotus flowers in summer.

Hi, This is Ray. I have lived in this house for 3 years with my family (wife and two kids). We are now staying in apartment which is just round the corner from the house
この宿泊施設のオーナー になった理由
Its spacious! Mt Lebanon is one of the best location and best school district in Pittsburgh. It is a safe location and it difficult to move out of the area. House is opposite Bird Park which is 42 acres of serene park having football ground. Only a mile from uptown Mt Lebanon and library. One mile away is Galleria mall having nice restaurants. South hills is a big mall less than 3 miles. Easy access to downtown with public transportation within 30 minutes (barring traffic) with bus. Trolley stop is less than a mile away.
