Welcome to Rainbow Lane! Situated steps away from the Cowlitz River, ten minutes from downtown Packwood, and twenty minutes to White Pass.

Our 1200 square foot space has an open concept to allow for maximum comfort even for larger groups! We can sleep up to 10 for adults willing to get cozy, or groups with kids.

This is a great spot for your family or group of besties to come home to after a long day of skiing at White Pass!

Ski season is fast approaching, we look forward to hosting you!

Fun little spot on the river! We really enjoyed the fenced yard for our dog, as well as the hot tub and fire pit. The host was very kind and mostly communicative, which we really appreciated.A few small things could make the stay even better—the kitchen could use a few more basics, like prep knives and an additional cutting board, and the outdoor space could have used a quick wipe-down before arrival, as we had to flip the cushions and clean a few things before using them. Overall, though, it was a cozy spot and we enjoyed our stay.

Super convenient location for exploring Mount Rainier. Easy 20 minutes drive to Stephens Canyon entrance to Mount Rainier. Cabin was clean and the beds were super cozy. Loved the hot tub and fire place on porch. Beautiful Rocky River behind property to explore. Not a lot of great restaurant options in town. We did not enjoy the brewery or burger restaurant. But we all enjoyed our meals at The Blue Spruce. Saw elk on our drives into town. Appreciate an easy check out process.

We absolutely loved it here , exactly as described, so peaceful and quiet. The beds were so comfortable and the cabin felt so cozy and clean. The cabin is so convenient to town and Mt. Rainier one of the best parts!

It was a lovely home! Well designed. I was curious how it slept ten but, to my surprise the hide-a-beds was cool! What we loved the most was the privacy of the hot tub and the master access to it.

Great Summer Start

Stayed here with family on our annual “camping trip “. Relaxing, clean, close to national forest and all the hiking and fishing you could ever want. Had a lot of fun with the shuffle board- will definitely stay again.

Nice Family Getaway

We had a great time relaxing in the home. Made for a cozy oasis during a really rainy and gray holiday week. The hot tub was great, and a great space to share a family holiday dinner and fun.

Fantastic cabin

My family of four loved our stay. The host was responsive and very accommodating. The cabin was accurately represented with a fenced in yard, hot tub, fire pit, hammock (that my kids loved), WiFi, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location and hope to return soon.

Nice cabin in Packwood. Walk out the back yard to see the river. The kids enjoyed playing shuffle board and foosball. Great access to Mt Ranier, it is about an hour drive up to sunlight or an hour and change to Paradise so we could hit both areas.

Great cabin on the river!

This cozy cabin was great for our annual ski trip to White Pass! It was well-stocked and we enjoyed making meals in the large kitchen. We brought our dogs and it was so nice having a fenced back yard that opens up to the river. Would rent again!

The rental worked great for our three day visit to Mt. Rainer. It was close access to two entrances to the park. The house was well equipped and we appreciated some kitchen staples being available. The back deck and hot tub were a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed several restaurants in Packwood, the Brewery, pizza place and coffee shop. Highly recommend.

Perfect birthday mini vacation

Our stay was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful and was exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of games and videos. We loved being able to walk down to the river and relax in the hot tub. We rested and did nothing and that is exactly what we were looking to do. Thank you for hosting us at the cabin on rainbow!

Perfect Location!

We had a great stay at this property. Super clean and comfortable! Everything you could need for a stay and more. The mattresses are comfortable and the bedding was soft. We enjoyed seeing elk by the river and all around town. The hot tub was nice and clean, we enjoyed being able to have a fire, walk down to the river and played plenty of shuffleboard while it was rainy. We would definitely book again!

Very Cozy

We enjoyed our stay. For 8 adults sleeping was a little tight but we made it work. We all thought it was a super cute cabin. Beautiful view of the river. Very quiet and relaxing. We would come back. 😊

Great spot / great host

Host is terrific. Cabin is clean and comfy. Beds are awesome. Location by the river is peaceful. People from outside the area should know that one of the routes to drive to the cabin from Seattle involves serious mountain driving, needing an experienced mountain driver, and that roads in the area are subject to closure due to weather and road conditions.

Perfect ski getaway

Rented the cabin for a family trip to ski at White Pass. The home had all the amenities we could possibly think of. The home was very inviting and exceptionally clean. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. My teenagers and my husband really enjoyed playing the foosball game, all the furniture and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and wound recommend to all who are interested in a cabin getaway with their family.
