Lovely home with fully fenced backyard located in a quiet and safe but convenient location for your next DC visit! Comfortable queen and full size beds, fully equipped kitchen and a nice size back porch. Smart TV and WiFi. Keyless lock. Free parking.

Plenty of public transportation, 0.3 mi walking distance to Glenmont Metro Station, Uber and Lyft drivers and Door Dash options.

40 mins away from BWI, IAD, and DCA airports. 35 mins away from DC museums, memorials and attractions.

Parking: park anywhere in the driveway.

The door is equipped with a smart lock and your access code will be emailed to you on the day you arrive along with the property address

Please note: our basement is also rented through AirBnB, there is no access to it from inside of the house.

We use a professional housekeeper between bookings to ensure a squeaky clean space.

My name is Flor and I have lived in this area of Silver Spring for over 10 years with my husband. In our free time, we enjoyed to go on road trips and explore what is out there with our dogs.

Why they chose this property

We take pride at how much work we have put into this home since we purchased it. This was our first home and needed a full renovation which it took us a couple of years to complete it. After traveling around the world, we discovered our passion to host and decided to open the doors to travelers to stay at our place.

What makes this property unique

Our house is in a great location to use public transportation, we know how hard it is to find parking when going to DC and we just loved where this house is located because you can just walk to the metro station, take the public bus or any other transportation to get there and not have to worry about the parking fees.
