House was very clean, and communications with the owner were excellent. We did have one problem with the TV but the Owner stayed on this until it was resolved. She made sure everything was provided and was quick to answer any questions we had. Proximity to Metro was as advertised-five minute walk! Could not have been smoother.

Tee's place is well equipped, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It's very close to the metro but we also found it quiet enough to take our evening walks with the pup. The home is very clean, roomy and comfortable. Tee was very attentive and communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout our stay. We especially loved the finer details in the home like towels and toothbrush with paste for each family member; wifi details pasted all over the home so it was convenient for the older members of our family; small coffee portions for those wanting to make a single cup of coffee; clean and well equipped bathrooms etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Forest Glen/Silver Spring!

Property was clean and had all the basics (FYI we did not cook there, so cannot verify one way or the other about the kitchen). Very convenient to be so close to the metro, which is one reason we chose it. The only reason for 4 stars is the freeway noise, particularly on one side of the house, is loud. There is a fan that we used for white noise, but it was still noticeable.

This home is very clean, roomy and comfortable. The host was very attentive and communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout our stay. The house is within walking distance to the red line metro station...so convenient for trips into DC! However it is also close to the freeway and the traffic noise. It was a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for four nights. Very clean and open. Kitchen has basics of what you need. House backs up to the highway so the fans provided helped with white noise plus air circulation since there are no ceiling fans. Curb appeal needs attention.

Interior is just as advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient (laundry available). A couple of repairs are needed (main bathroom drain, tub fixture). Exterior was deceptive (lawn needed to be mowed, and landscaping needs a refresh).

Cozy stay, great for a DC trip

Enjoyed a 3 day, 2 night stay. Very cozy home for our DC outing. A few cleanliness issues that weren’t detrimental to our stay but nothing terrible. Was a pleasant surprise to have all bathroom essentials as well as coffee and tea provided to us. Check in was super seamless but wished we had gotten more details about check out. Overall a great time!

Wonderful stay

House was perfect and incredibly close to Forest Glen metro. Host was extremely responsive and helpful and even mailed us items we forgot. Very nice open floor plan.

Excellent Rental

Rental was clean and comfortable for our family of four adults. The access to the metro was a great feature. If we were staying in the DC area again, this unit would be our first choice!!

Great choice for a stay!

his was a really nice house in a fairly quiet area. It was very clean, with lots of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable and large. There was a spacious open plan living room/kitchen. We appreciated the extra bathroom off the master bedroom. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay at Tee's house was very enjoyable! We had 3 generations staying there - 6 people ranging in age from 6-67. The house was very comfortable, with seating for everyone in the living and dining areas, and plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware. The house is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and our walk to the Forest Glen Metro Station took about 8 minutes each day. From there, we explored many parts of DC. We hope to come back to DC in the coming years and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

The communication with the host is easy and very responsive. The property is very clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s located in perfect area to get on the main roads and additional plus Metro subway station just few minute walk away to allow you easy access to explore the city. When back in the area will stay at this property if alvailable.

Excellent place next to the Metro

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel at home and transformed our trip into unforgettable experience. The host were exceptionally attentive and accommodate all our requests. Additionally, the fantastic location and incredible amenities made our stay truly outstanding! It located walking distance from the metro. Will book it again for sure!
