Add this mountain experience in this luxury family condo which is centrally located to some great locations: the Lake; town central; skiing; and steps away from Championship Golf Course. Then walk to everything Incline Village has to offer: the Lake with beautiful beaches, The Hyatt Resort & Casino, Movie Theater, Bowling Ally, Clubhouse, Pool & Jacuzzi, Shopping and the best Restaurants in Incline Village!

We are excited for the opportunity to host you at our cozy and spacious condo in beautiful Incline Village!

Great clean property in convenient location

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in Incline Village. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable and the host was very responsive to our questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect little getaway!

Love this place! Was in town with my husband for a wedding and this was exactly what we needed. Super close to the venue, amazing views, clean, has plenty of amenities, space for a small family, and great parking. Would love to stay here again for a longer period of time.

Clean and convenient

The place was very clean and well accommodated. Our kids especially loved the room with the bunk bed AND king size bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good working order. The rooms were cozy warm throughout our stay. It was also a nice surprise to be just a short wall away from the golf range which was ideal for snow play (or sledding if we had remembered to bring it). The keyless entry alarm was a little wonky but other than that, our family of four had a very pleasant stay.It

Cute place - not family friendly

The place was exactly as advertised however if you are a family with small children, I would not recommend booking. We received a message from the owner that the neighbor complained of our children being too rowdy and loud. We were accused by the owner that our children were jumping on the bunk beds (never happened) and were told to stop ruining their furniture and that the condo was not a gymnasium. I was completely taken aback by the harsh message. We were apologetic and told him we would remind our kids to keep their voices down, although we respected quiet hours without issue. The owner shut off the internet on our last night and changed the WiFi password so that we could not access the TV in the morning before checkout at 11. Very unprofessional and rude. We’ve never had an experience like this before. Again, if you have kids, would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo. The space was very clean and thoughtfully equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our host was absolutely excellent — incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating from the moment we reached out. When we arrived late Friday night (around 11:30 pm), unfortunately our assigned parking space was blocked by another vehicle. We notified the host right away and she immediately jumped in to help, contacting the HOA and trying to track down the owner. The surrounding residents were also kind and helpful, though understandably protective of their own spaces.We were able to use an open space overnight, and ultimately didn’t gain access to our assigned spot until the morning of checkout. While the situation was outside the host’s control and handled as well as possible, it did add a bit of unexpected stress to the trip.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay with a fantastic host. We would absolutely recommend it — just something to be aware of regarding the parking situation in the complex.
