This newly updated beach house is a premiere destination for family and friend vacations, approximately 100 yards from the beach! Once you rent a vacation beach house in Panama City Beach, you'll always rent a beach house! No Elevators to wait on, No packed parking lots! Plenty of space for the family to spread out in this Bid-A-Wee beach corner lot home and use the owners 6 seater golf cart for Free, hauling the kids and family beach items to the Private Beach Access will never be easier!
The master bedroom hosts a queen bed with a private bathroom directly adjacent to the room with a walk in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with the second bathroom accessible directly across the hall. Bedroom 3 hosts a double bed and shares access to the second bathroom. The second bath has a large walk in shower and extra storage shelves for towels and your personal toiletries. This home features two different common areas, one including a Murphy bed and tv for the teens to relax and a main den with plenty of space for family movie night or watching sports on tv together. Large laundry room with in-house washer/dryer, outdoor patio seating with grill, and backyard space, Home is conducive for dogs 20lbs and under.
Bid-A-Wee beach is a private gated beach and we will provide a gate code for you to access the beach during your stay. The owner allows guest to use his 6 seater golf cart during their stay to transport family and items to the beach or use around town. Stocked with all the comforts of home, Beachy Bungalow is the perfect private beach vacation home rental for your next PCB getaway.
The home is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The host was very accommodating whenever we had questions or needing something fixed. Overall, this was a wonderful property to rent, roomy, nice bathrooms/kitchen, and close to the beach. The sofas did not have much support left and replacing them should be considered.

The Perfect Get Away

This Property was not only in the best location but it was so nice! From the Decor inside the house to the whole lay out was just great. You have your own private beach access which is wonderful and the golf cart you can rent was such a good deal. I high recommend this spot and will probably book it again and again and again! Great family vacation home. Extremely clean and more than enough room. Very homey feeling. Kitchen had enough dishes and cooking appliances that we need for cooking and staying in. And a lot of cabinet space to store groceries for our stay. Large laundry room was a hit for us. And they provided enough towels for our crew which rarely happens. Short walk to the beach and in a central location. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Wonderful place

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and spacious, close to a private beach but yet close to Pier Park and several restaurants and stores. The golf cart is a must! The kids enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and going to get ice cream. I loved everything about this house and the location! Oh the beds were all so comfortable! Cort was great and attended to our every need! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Location of clean, fully appointed house was ideal. Host provided awesome buggy (six seat super size road worthy) for golf cart friendly community. Made beach access so easy and pleasant. We stayed here last minute because our other Vrbo cancelled on us. They made the last minute booking possible and helped us along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean and had lots of room for my big family. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The private beach made it even more exciting and it was on a great location. This is what I really needed while on vacation. The whole stay was relaxing and my family loved it. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved this spacious beach house. Perfect for our adult family of 6 and the second TV area was a bonus for our adult children. Outdoor area with fence & grill were used several times, along with the outdoor shower since there’s no way to spray off at the private beach -but loved the private beach also! Rent the golf cart for the week too: you won’t be disappointed! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds & full size washer & dryer in the large utility room. The pictures do not do justice for those place! We recently stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving with our family of 6 and 2 mini schnauzers. The house is MUCH bigger than the pictures show. The laundry room is large and a perfect place for pets to stay while you are out. The place was they cleanest we've ever stayed at; that's saying a lot since we both are germaphobes! Plenty of towels, dishes, etc; just bring your own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper! The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom provided more than enough room. The Murphy bed that transitions into a 2nd living area was absolutely perfect! The outdoor seating area with outdoor shower was perfect after our one block walk to the beach. Speaking of the beach, this is good as it gets! You have a private access to the beach, which certainly limits overcrowding!! We opted to rent the 6 seater golf cart from the homeowner which made out trip so much more fun; our doggies love to go for rides! I can't express how close you are to the beach without being on the beach... It's just perfect! Within walking distance to Runaway Island Restaurant, which is one of our favorites! Pier Park is a short 7 minute drive as well. The neighborhood the house is located in was perfect as well. Very nice neighbors and a great place to take the fur babies for a walk! The parking is large enough for several vehicles and the yard is larger enough to walk the doggies. We've already booked again for 2024! Book now!

Why they chose this property

This fully renovated Bid-A-Wee Private beach access bungalow is perfect for families of 8-10 people. The home is pet friendly for pets under 10 pounds and the unit will have a golf cart to carry the beach items over to the private beach area. Gate code for beach access will be provided at check in.

The home has a shower on the patio area to wash sand off before you enter the home and the patio and gas grill are great for spending time with family and friends while the Grill Master cooks dinner for the group.

The master has a queen bed and adjacent bath. The other two bedrooms have queen in one and full in the other. There's a murphy bed in the teen den area and a sleeper sofa in the main den.

The kitchen is stocked with all the items you will need to cook meals for the family.

What makes this property unique

Guest can rent the Owners 6 Person Street Legal Golf cart for $100 per day after booking thru the Property Manager. All drivers must have a valid Driver's License and no one under 16 years of age can drive the cart.

This house utilizes the Bid-A-Wee beach private beach access on Front Beach Road. The owner supplies a golf cart for you to rent during your stay to transport beach items and the group to the beach access gate area.

The home sits on a corner lot and provides parking for three cars and a patio area for grilling and relaxing.
