This adorable Summer Towne Cottage has just been renovated. Everything is brand new! The cottage is located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video!

We own cottage 11 directly next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate 12 + . Contact owner for special pricing info. See VRBO 1202332 for calendar availability.

Two full bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses located downstairs, each with a full bathroom and ample closet space. Master bedroom has cable television & dvd player. Second bedroom has cable television.

Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sofa is a queen sleeper. 55" television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all items needed for cooking meals.

Beach Access is a very short walk directly across the street. Enjoy a private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises. Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, tent, boogie boards, and misc beach supplies are provided for your use.

All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) of pet for approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required. Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county!

No crowds, no waiting on elevators, come and go with ease!!!

Park the car in your private driveway and you won't need it again until you depart. You can walk everywhere you need to go or better yet bring your bicycles! No trailer parking allowed on the premises. Vehicles may not park in the grass.

Wonderful house!

We had a great time! We would definitely stay there again! The house had everything we needed. Great location! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening! The owner Caron was very attentive! Great area for teenagers! Can’t wait to go back!

It was the perfect place for our family, close to everything and our doodles loved the dog beach and the top deck..Great for the fire works..Can’t go wrong with this place..
