6 Bedroom 5 1/2 bath - Located on beautiful South Beach, 2 miles south of Newport Oregon. The setting is quiet, private with a panoramic breath-taking view of ocean, beach, surf and coastline. The wide open beach is ideal for long walks, wooded neighborhood. 5 minute paved Easy quiet walk or drive to our local beach. Miles of secluded beach in short walk from the house. Ideal for couples, families, small groups, business and bible study retreats.

The beach house is clean and well cared for when you arrive. We have the most flexible cancellation policy to minimize worries of changes in your plans. Glad to help in any way make your trip planning and expectations to provide a wonderful time.

We also have an outdoor only security camera facing only the driveway to the street and it is used for security purposes along with signage on the driveway entrance. This is a VRBO recommendation to put in the description for all our guests.

For our vacation license: 10 Maximum at ALL times, including children. Parking space for 3 cars maximum. There is no on-street parking. It is in a very quiet neighborhood of families and we value guests who are good neighbors. Extra cars can be parked at the Marina. We can give you information for extra cars. Following VRBO policy, we have 1 outdoor security surveillance camera with a sign and with only owner access that sees the outside driveway.
