Nice and clean. Wish I had noticed there was no tv's before booking, but it worked out fine. Would stay there again.

beautiful place, clean, comfortable and simple!! we came for a kayak tourney on millwood and this place was just what we needed for comfort and relaxation! will stay again next year

Cozy and comfy

The house is quiet and wonderful. The neighborhood is also quiet. It was a great stay while we were there. The rooms were a nice size and it had all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

My first VRBO stay: Excellent!

This place was fantastic! We are a family of five. The house met all our needs. It was so clean, and the amenities were perfect. Trust me in this, we will be a regular user of this place. Highly recommended.

Men in family had fishing tournament on Millwood. House had carport that had room for two bass boats. House was perfect and the owner was great on communication!

Stay at Property

Debris of trees in Backyard and the code didn't work was able to find a key to get in. Called property manager to let her know about the code issues was given another code didn't work. Used the key. Overall the house was very nice. Thanks

A wonderful introduction to Arkansas

Such a great, easy to get to location: near the city limits and the main road - the perfect home base for a day on Millwood Lake. We were there for the “Great American Eclipse” and despite some clouds, the view and quiet neighborhood couldn’t have been better. The house is amazing and comfortable, and wow; so many conveniences and amenities included! Heavy rains ruined a fishing trip and if we came back to Ashdown, booking this property again would be high on my list.

Weekend Stay

Great location. Very nice and clean property. Property is exactly as advertised. Lots of room. Manager very easy to contact. Only had one issue of hall bathroom tub not draining and was able to get in contact with manager immediately. We were very surprised there is no television in the house. We will definitely book again in the future.
