Property was lovely. Some dirty rooms and laundry which was unfortunate. Otherwise great location for what our stay was for. Host was great and responsive to communication.

Super Stay!

This place actually feels like a home, instead of just a place to stay. Location is perfect. Not to far from food or other places. Place is roomy and not cramped. Kitchen was great. All the utensils you need to make a great meal. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Quiet getaway

The house was just as described and gave us a quiet getaway with plenty of room for our family yet it was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.

Great Communication. Very Clean. Exactly as Promised

No issues at all. Very clean, very nice home on quiet street convenient to getting anyhwere. Check in and check out very easy. Let us in a few hours early which was very appreciated given we were travelling wjth a 3 month old.

All the comforts of home.

Great location, just 10 minutes to the highway. Easy to get to downtown Chicago. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need. Owner very easy to deal with. This was our second time staying at Country White House.

Family Visit

We were in the area visiting family and this was a good location and great stay. Everything was as advertised, plus had some nice touches that can't always be listed. It was the perfect weather to visit around the gas fireplace. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Good kitchen dishes/pans and very clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in cozy well located home

Perfect place to come back to the area and spend time with our adult children, friends and family. The home was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

House itself was spacious, clean, beautiful yard, endless trees everywhere. Great price, owner totally responsive to whatever we needed including mailing back items I left behind. Anytime I go back to Chicago I’m booking her property!

A must stay! Lovely home

The Country White House felt like home. It is very spacious and clean. The home had everything you needed. I enjoyed having meals with my husband, daughter, and son-in-law around the big round table in the kitchen and looking out the back patio doors to watch the birds. We enjoyed the evenings out on the patio deck watching the fireflies. All the furnishings were very comfortable. Easy and close to get to stores and the surrounding towns (Bolingbrook and Downers Grove). This home's location is perfect, with plenty of privacy in a tranquil neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our time staying at this lovely home, and the next time we are in Illinois, I will be staying at the COUNTRY WHITE HOUSE! Thank you, Chris, for being a great host.

Perfect Family Home

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in the Chicago area. This house was perfect for us!! Had everything we needed and was close to an expressway to get anywhere we needed to go! It was very clean, the beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, and cards and games were available too. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property and location

House felt like home with a beautiful bird theme. Even the deck had birdhouses to watch them fly in and out of. The furniture and king bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the amenities and cleanliness. The location was remote and private, yet only 35 minutes from O’Hare airport. We would definitely return.

Wonderful Home in the Country

This house had everything myself, daughter and granddaughter needed. We each got out own room and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed for our stay. There was also a water dispenser for our use. There was a porta-crib and a stroller for use as well which was a nice touch. The large yard was a great place to run and play and the bird houses on the back deck was a wonderful way to entertain my granddaughter. Would highly recommend this home and would stay again.

Hidden gem

The property was tucked away and private. It was a very serene neighboorhood. The owner thought of absolutely everything you could need to be comfortable. The furnishings are nice and comfy. The kitchen had great appliances. It had a big porch. The yard was large and nicely groomed. The decorations were beautiful. They have a book everyone can write in about their stay. It was interesting to read as well as writting our own. Everything was perfect. Exceeded our expectations.
