The town of Helen boasts idyllic mountain charm along with a great selection of local shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Start each morning by brewing a cup of coffee using the the Keurig and enjoy it out on the private balcony. End each day in bed, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Additional en suite features include a mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary WiFi is also included during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Studio room in Helen.

This was a really nice place to stay!!! It's located in a beautiful gated community!! It was nic and very quiet. The studio room is large with plenty of room. Bed was comfortable!! Would stay here again.

Great Location

The location of the property is great and in a beautiful gated community above downtown Helen. The air conditioning was broken during our stay and since it was a weekend getaway there wasn't really a hope at having it fixed during our visit. Overall a great property for a little getaway.

A Quick Getaway

The property is in a great location. Secluded enough for a quiet stay but only a 5 minute drive into downtown Helen. The room is as described and perfect for two travelers who spent most of their time exploring the area!

Nice Getaway

Location was perfect. Close to Helen and the waterfall hikes. Left 3 stars as while location was great, I don’t think the refrigerator and microwave should be in the bathroom. Bed really on the firm side.

Nice location.

The surprise was that we were in a gated community, with a golf course , pickle ball courts and plenty of places to walk. In Helen but out of the busyness of the crowds. Very close to town. Everything was very nice. One thing , host need to figure out how to give each condo their own thermostat control. 😊 . It's controlled some where in a center of the property and not accessible to the guests. FYI. If it wound have been any cooler on our first night it would have been cold to stay in with no way to control the heat or air. Besides that. Grey place . I'm sure they will correct this. We will stay here again. Chris & Alexa

Our mini get away

We picked this location because it was pet friendly & cheaper than staying in a motel. The location of it is amazing, everything is within walking distances from the main attractions such as tubing & ziplining & shopping. We were not allowed to change the thermostat & they kept it extremely cold. The carpet was disgusting, there were multiple stains all over the place. The mattress boxes had holes in them & we did see many bed bugs. We also found many insects in our bathroom. The patio was dirty & not cleaned or swept before we came in. They do have a pool which was very very clean & it wasn’t too chlorinated which we loved. There are tennis courts as well but we didn’t use the tennis courts. They give you a tiny tiny shampoo bottle about the size of your thumb, & towels that are very very rough & almost impossible to use. The half & half they provided for coffee was old clumpy & smelled spoiled. This place has great potential, it just needs new beds & towels & carpet. Overall i would rate this place 6 out of 10.
